Brilliant experience with Emilia from What A Holiday. She worked really hard to give us an unbelievable deal to Thailand. Even giving us a free snorkelling boat trip as an added bonus. She was very professional and got us a pool access room for a great price. Delighted to have found this company online. The booking process was very smooth and easy to do.

Great service from Zoey Sandler in assisting us with our holiday booking. She made sure that all details were covered in preparation for our getaway for our silver wedding anniversary to make it extra special. Cannot recommend highly enough, many thanks.

We booked our holiday to Thailand with Zoey at ‘What a holiday’ and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. As it was our 20th wedding anniversary we wanted something special (so was quite picky with our hotel choices), every time we suggested somewhere Zoey would have a look at prices/availability for us. We finally decided on Centara Grand Beach Resort in Phuket and the Varana hotel in Krabi. Both hotels were fab and whilst we were there Zoey kept checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. As part of our holiday we went to the elephant sanctuary which Zoey also booked, this was a highlight especially for our kids. Honestly I could go on and on about our holiday and the service we got from Zoey, there was nothing we could complain about. I will definitely be using her again to book a holiday in the future and will definitely recommend to anyone wanting excellent friendly honest service.

A holiday to remember (hopefully) was booked and arranged with meticulous attention to detail from Zoe Sandler at Whataholiday.
Thanks to Zoe we were put at ease with the full itinerary explained.

I was completely overwhelmed with research for our once in a lifetime family holiday to the Maldives. I am so pleased to have found Summer to guide me. She gave me some brilliant options, and most importantly, she found me our dream overwater villa that we could stay in with kids - which I hadn’t thought was possible. We had an absolutely PERFECT holiday, and at a competitive price. Everything was exceptional - and Summer was available with any questions on the lead up to the holiday. Zoe from what a holiday , what can I say, she was fantastic at sourcing a trip for me after finding out what I was looking for , nothing was too much trouble for her even checking in several times before my holiday to see if I needed tips on visa, trips or special requests.
I was initially dubious as I’d never heard of this company before but so glad I decided to go ahead. Zoe even contacted me whilst I was away to see if I was okay and if I needed help/advice with anything. Can’t thank Zoe and what a holiday enough, already looking for my next holiday.Thanks.

I responded to an advert for a Bali experience, & what a fantastic move that was.
Isaac couldn't have been more helpful... and patient. I needed my stay to coincide with my daughter's holiday in the same area.... And at a limited budget.
No amount of tweaks & adjustments seemed too much to ask.
I deliberated & dithered. I never once felt under any kind of pressure. Isaac made it clear that my comfort & getting it right for me was of the utmost importance.
Without doubt, I will be calling on Isaac again, for any future travels.
I cannot praise Isaac highly enough.

When I contacted WAH I was very undecided and didn’t really know where to start that’s when I got chatting to Mark Ferrel who listened to what I wanted and put together a special holiday for my 60 th birthday celebration can’t fault his service and commitment to getting it right a big well done to Mark a credit to your company.

Had yet another wonderful holiday in Thailand arranged by Joe Edwin. We had 6 flights 6 taxis and 3 hotel bookings and everything went so smoothly and all the transfers were there on time with the drivers sending clear instructions of where to find them. Our hotel in Koh Samui was like paradise and a lovely place to stay. We weren’t impressed with the location of our hotel in Bangkok as it was in an undesirable part of the City but the hotel itself was very good. We will use Joe again

I’ve just booked an amazing holiday to Thailand with Mark Ferrel at What a Holiday, and I have to say I’ve been incredibly impressed with the service so far.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review until after the holiday, but Mark has been fantastic throughout the booking process. I certainly wasn’t the easiest customer, as I was incredibly indecisive and kept changing my plans, but Mark was always patient, helpful and happy to go through all the options with me.

Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and I really appreciated the time and effort he put into getting the holiday just right for us.

I would certainly recommend Mark and What a Holiday. Of course, the real test will be the holiday itself! 😂 So I’ll be back with another review once we’re home.

Mark Ferrel has been brilliant from start to finish. I kept changing my mind and making changes to the holiday, but he was so patient with me and never made anything feel like too much trouble. He answered all my questions, was always quick to respond and put together exactly the Thailand trip I wanted. Really lovely service and I’d definitely recommend Mark and What A Holiday.

We have booked a holiday with this company and the initial service excellent. However its disappointing that since we have paid for holiday in full the company has taken days to respond to our requests and im still not sure we have all the documentation needed to travel! I have had to constantly make contact to chase things up in terms of holiday confirmation and flight details. Disappointed a bit and hopefully the holiday will be fab!

I have just booked a holiday with What a holiday , I saw a great deal advertised on Facebook and did a little check up on here of the company as I don’t usually use travel agents preferring to do it all myself to find positive feedback after that I asked a fair few questions via messenger with Brian Travis who helped me find the best option to suit us , which he found ! The booking process was straightforward and well explained with a chat on the phone , I received confirmation details almost immediately and now are very much looking forward to our trip .. thanks to Brian for his assistance
