I recently attended the Midwife lifeboat course with Nakita. The course was amazing! It made me realise there is a future for me to care for women and families in a way they truly deserve, outside of the broken NHS system. The course covered aspects of law, psychological birth, self improvement and skills required to build a business. It was so much more than I expected. I met likeminded midwives. It’s given me confidence and renewed my passion for true midwifery. I’m excited for the future and to be part of a much needed maternity revolution!

I am a trained Midwife & left NHS a few years ago. Always missed my job but not the NHS. I came across Nickita Stark while she was being interviewed & as soon as I heard what she was offering i knew it was something I wanted to be part of. I booked my place on the midwife lifeboat course & training was fantastic. Nickita has provided a great platform to inspire, coach & support Doulas & give great advice & guidance on setting up a business. Love the ethos & what we are striving to offer pregnant women going forward. Excited to get everything set up to begin.

Since day One Nickita has been like a beacon of light for me at a time when I desperately needed it.

Nikita is very supportive and also provides brilliant coaching for anyone , be it a doula, birth worker or interested parent. She also provides valuable information with regards to our rights in the system.

I attended the 4 day Doula course in January. I'm an ex midwife who left the profession a number of years ago.
Nickita, who runs the course, is truly inspirational; she is passionate, knowledgeable and has a gift for communicating and inspiring others.
The course was so much more than I expected. It was a journey of self discovery and development as well as covering the normal physiology of birth, medical terminology, possible complications/risks, interventions, the microbiome, psychological aspects of pregnancy and birth and legal issues.
There was an extraordinary amount of content in a short course with plenty of information and advice for further learning and development.
Nickita's passion is infectious. It has been a life changing course for me and I highly recommend it to others, you will not be disappointed and it's worth every penny.

I took the doula course with Nickita in January. Having taken another course previously, I definitely would recommend this one, it covers so much ground that others simply don't.

If you see yourself being the kind of doula that is willing to stand up and be counted and advocate for the women you work with, this is the course for you.

Outstanding maternity company!
I did the digital antenatal course online which was incredible. Because of the info I got on the course, I was able to have an amazing, empowering birth.
I also booked a 1-1 with Nickita. There was NO judgement, no 'you aren't allowed' this that and the other. Just a lovely experience. She gave me the tools to ensure I had the birth experience I wanted instead of being set up to fail by the system
