Swift and efficient delivery and love the bar stools. Quality and design far exceeded expectations. A new fan!

Firstly, our Brooklyn dining chairs are lovely. Delighted with them. The reason for the 3 star review is because we found communication with the company rather frustrating. When the chairs arrived, one of them unfortunately had a leg out of alignment and consequently a real wobble. The issue is now resolved and we have 6 perfect chairs but only after some frustrating chat bot exchanges, e mails and eventually ( hurrah ! ) one phone call with a real live human who was able to confirm that the wobbly base would be replaced. Sadly, when it arrived, the box contained 2 gold chair bases rather than one black one ! More chat bot sessions and e mails followed ( no one was there to answer the phone ) and we have finally received the correct item.
We’re still very pleased with the chairs and in terms of quality would definitely order from Where Saints Go again but it would be good if the company could review their communication processes to enable customers to get in touch more easily.

Received poor quality goods, two of the four items were smashed upon arrival.
Asked about a return, was told to use website which didn’t work.
Asked again and a return issue was raised.
I responded, as asked, and now, five days later, still no response.

I am a little conflicted at writing this review.
We spent several months searching for the right stools for our new kitchen island, and landed on the Mid-Century Scandi Bar Stool - Weathered Grey Elm Frame - Grey Seat - 66cm. It was a big expense for us, but we had saved up for doing our kitchen in our first home and wanted something we loved as they will be used often. Now I know you can buy this exact design much cheaper from other retailers, but what drew me to these ones and prepared us to pay the additional cost was the wood. It was not a shiny/varnished wood, and had a more natural aesthetic which I believe elevated the look compared to others on the market.
I had contacted customer services about the seat colour, as it was listed as grey, but the photos appear more neutral lighter grey. As a Designer I am aware of the changes in colour that can happen in product photography, so wanted to make sure it wasn't going to turn up and be a darker/stronger grey - they were helpful in replying! However, it didn't cross my mind to question the colour of the wood, because I have never experienced a massive difference in wood colours from photos to product...

But these photos (no matter what screen they are viewed on!), do not represent the wood colour AT ALL. The wood in reality is much darker, and a much cooler shade of brown (not a warm oak-ish colour like in the photos) with a cool grey paint rubbed crudely over it.
They look more like the Wish Mid-Century Bar Stool - Grey Dust Ash Frame - Grey Seat wood colour.

Now we did keep them, for a couple of reasons, we love the design and the comfort is good. And honestly it took so long to find ones we liked at the right height, I didn't want to waste money on delivery costs returning and to end up in the same situation again.
I absolutely hold my hands up that I did not contact WSG and give them a chance to chat through the problem, as renovations are going on time got away with me and before I knew it 2 weeks had passed! I wish I had contacted to discuss the colour issue, but as mentioned we loved the design and the comfort is good...it took so long to find something we liked the look of that I couldn't bare starting from scratch!

Although I am still not happy with the wood colour, and seeing the photos online annoy me as they just do not look like that!! (I do not believe they have photographed the same wood product tbh, or the supplier has made in the wrong wood), but have decided if I end up continuing to dislike the wood, I will find a way to sand/wax or even paint them myself.
So I only post this review as a warning to other people buying this product the photos are not representative of the wood colour at all, which is such a shame, because the chairs themselves are really nice.

Excellent delivery service. I ordered my chairs Saturday afternoon and they arrived Tuesday afternoon. They’re very good quality, love the fact they’re real leather as most you see are faux.

Brilliant chairs

Stools are great quality, really pleased with them and they fit perfectly into our kitchen.
Great communication, goods arrived within the expected time frame ( they were pre ordered). They were really well packaged and next day delivery.

The footstool is attractive, sturdy and has feet protection to avoid scratching. It is as described-the right dimensions and colour. It is good value for money.

When shopping around I was never 100% sure some sites weren't AI/scam sites. So I went with Where Saints Go, based on some research. I'm delighted. Good price, fast delivery and most importantly, great products (chairs)

The delivery was prompt and the carrier seemed to have been well briefed on the location (not always the case with some suppliers) I am very happy with the chairs which were well packed and look good quality.
