The support from initial communication till after the auction was tremendous. I was guided through the whole experience and told when the courier would pick up the package. the company sent me a guide on how to pack etc. I received an email fro the company once my package had arrived and the date for the auction, I had login details and watched the auction live. once the auction had been completed i was given a date for payment and that was completed seamlessly.

Really made it easy to sell something I had no idea how to. The estimate was spot on and realistic. Not over the top on the fees, they've gotta make a bit of money as well. Money, once sold, could have come a bit quicker but you can't have everything.

Family run businesses that was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bottles collected by DHL next day and great advice given how to package the bottles.
