We have never been to an auction before never mind an on-line auction. The process of buying and selling was a minefield, we didn't have any experience. Then along came Whisky online auctions, that changed everything for us. Wayne, Harrison and the team were all brilliant. They talked us through the whole process of selling our whisky collection in simple terms and were always available to help. The team made such an impression on us that we've come back this year to sell another few bottles. That says it all I think.
