This delivery was a replacement to the original order that was not delivered for it had been damaged in transit. The products were fine all with use by dates in the future except the Arborio Rice that only had a couple of months to go. I am sure it will be fine but it would have been better if the expiry date was some time next year (2027)

I ordered a 'hamper' of nut and seed butters and a selection of dark chocolate bars in different flavours, brands I hadn't tried before.
Everything was very well protected in the parcel, and I am delighted with the quality of all the items. The chocolate bars are pure luxury, and I'll be placing another order soon!

Whole Food Earth staff are very helpful when placing an order. I ordered Barley Cup powder because I had difficulty sourcing from another online source. I placed my order & within 2 days I received my order. The tracing service was excellent & the goods were very well packed. I was very impressed with service & the delivery of goods as well as the quality of the goods.

l much enjoyed receiving the parcel from Whole food Earth. l wanted to tell them directly that l loved the packaging (even though it has some plastic, but we can't help that in retail of foods to keep products fresh.) What l loved about it was the beautiful artowrk displayed on the bags. In this day and age where all the diesigns are computer-made and frankly, ugly and uninspiring, this made it for me such a treat.
However, the contents was what was more important of course and the darkr aisins were amazing. The rest of the produce was /is also great. l would recommend this company but don't tell too many people otherwise they may change! (as a company gets bigger, they sometimes change what they do which is often a great shame)
l will be back for an order soon!

Just dreadful

The item when it arrived looked nothing like the in the photograph. It was supposed to be Canadian lentils but the packing shows that it is from Turkey. or maybe has been shipped and packed in Turkey. Why? The packaging looked old and scuffed, and much travelled.
Worst of all, the package is ripped and the lentils have been exposed to the air, and there is no harvest or best before date anywhere on the package. I suspect I have been fobbed off with some very old, second-rate stock shipped in from Turkey.

The delivery also came on the wrong day. I asked for Friday, it came Monday.

I have previously shopped with other suppliers very happily, but I will NOT be using Wholefood Earth again. A bad experience.
