The shoes are not as advertised very poor quality and fit and i ordered white as pictured but are terrible they have a cream discoloured trim on them ! I tried to return as dud not suit my feet as them saying 30 day return they tried to talk me out of returning offered 20 % instead I said i want to return and then tell me need to be returned to the UK i checked price was going to cost me over $70 to post back I do not understand they are advertising as Australian and were delivered from NSW but return UK so have now lost my money of over $100 so very disappointed and angry worst experience ever 🤬

The shoes I received did not fit and were definitely not wide width shoes. The pictures also make them look like the toe is rounded, the shoes I received were more squared off at the toe. I requested a refund within the 30 days and was first offered 80% off another order. I refused and was then offered a 20% refund and I wouldn’t have to return them. Again I refused. Then I was told that in order to get my refund I had to ship the shoes to the United Kingdom at my own cost. Not sure why they have an address in the US if you cannot return items to that address.

The shoes were NOT wide in the toe box. Returning them is becoming a nightmare.

I ordered these shoes buy one get one with an extra orthotic for $90. They were not as advertised. On their own website size chart they claim the width inUS sizes is 3.7 inches. The ones sent to me are 2 5/8 inches wide. I don’t think even a child would fit in these. Furthermore it would cost me $257 to ship them back because the warehouse is in the UK. First they offered me a 40% discount if I wanted to buy a different size then they offered me a 20% refund. They claim they are a reputable company, I think not.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. DO NOT buy from WideStep. First, their shoes are not, as advertised, wide in the toe area. Quite the opposite. But more importantly, they advertise free, no hassle returns. NOT TRUE! When I initiated a return because they did not fit, they said I had to pay the cost of shipping to an address in the United Kingdom. When I emailed them a screenshot of their website promise that returns were free, they did not acknowledge that and simply maintained that they would not pay for return shipping. Left with no other recourse, I disputed the charge through my credit card company and they credited the charge back to me. Wide step then asked me to cancel the credit card charge back and promised to refund the money. Of course, I did not do that. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Stay away from WideStep! They are disingenuous and dishonest!

i just got my ordered B1T1 doll shoes yesterday and to my dismay the shoes are of cheap, poor and low cost quality not the ones being advetised online.

this company and promo ads are SCAM and FRAUD!!!

I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free and ordered one purple and one black pair. I got 2 purple, they ARE NOT Wide toed shoes (very narrow) and now I can't reach anyone to return them. I'm so disappointed! Don't buy from them!!

Don't use them! Have to return the product to the UK at a high cost. Website shows a New York address.

Not a good co. Couldn’t wear the shoes and they’re giving me a hard time about returning them and they don’t want to give me my money back. They’re return policy is deceptive.never do business with them again

Very similar experience as the others. Totally wish I had read the reviews...ugh. Lesson learned. These are not wide shoes. Not even close. They don't look like the pictures at all. I have donated them to charity for some one with narrow feet to wear.

Total waste of money for me!! I have a hammer toe and it still rubs against the top of my- and they’re it really all that wide.

If I could give this company a zero stars I would have. I bought the Bogo‘s, two for $89. It took 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.When they came, they smelled horrific. It had a somewhat of a gas smell to them and I could not get rid of it. When I contacted them, they said I could return those shoes to the United Kingdom, which cost a minimum of $60. This company is ripping people off.

These are NOT wide shoes. I am so disappointed. Can't even get them on my foot.

The shoes, if they fit are awesome, but if they don’t, you have to pay shipping to return to the UK, and there are allegations the addresses they give don’t exist. Can’t attest to that as we chose not to pay shipping and donate instead. If you do buy, do so through Amazon for the first pair. No bogo deals, but you’ll be able to return.

Terrible customer service.. Ordered my regular size but they did not fit. Told company I needed to return (outside the 30 day window due to emergency surgery) and was told I needed to pay for return shipping, which contradicted info on their web site. Shipping cost would have been $57 on an $89 pair of boots.

They offer a refund - but the address in the UK they give you does not exist (tried to confirm it on Goggle Maps) and the address on their website in New York is an art supply shop.
If the shoes fit you - great, but I found them narrow and smaller than described. Great wording on their website and smart to advertise a USA address but it is all a lie. Shoes were sent to me from China. You will pay the postage to return the product to the UK, but as the address does not exist you will have the product returned and then silence from WideStep and never receive your refund.

Beware! This company sent a faulty address for our return! Cost us over $30 sending the pair of shoes back to them in the UK! Then… surprise! The shoes came back to us with a postal note of “address unknown.” We’re stuck with a crummy pair of shoes which do not fit!

I ordered shoes from Wide Step in good faith. The shoes did not fit, and I contacted customer service, who sent me instructions to return the shoes to the United Kingdom as instructed (at a cost of $31.95) from the United States, and I was promised a full refund as soon as I sent the tracking number and the shoes had arrived and been inspected. I followed the instructions exactly, but the shoes came back to me two weeks later. I notified wide step customer service and asked for a full refund. They have only offered me half of the cost of the shoes as a refund, and refuse to reimburse me for the shipping cost. I wish I had read earlier reviews. Each time there is a negative review, they deny having sent anything to that customer. They are also mentioned in the United States Better Business Bureau listing as reporting to be a New York company, when an actuality, they are in the United Kingdom.

The toe box is roomy and fits without any toe overlap or pushing on the sides. The support is very weak and I could not wear for any extended time outdoors or while standing at work. I didn't realize these came from China or I would not have ordered due to excessive delivery time. I wish I had done my due diligence before falling for the Facebook ad
