Amazing food our dog Ollie was really suffering with upset stomach and rumbling and had very loose bowel movements but this food has really changed him , he's more energetic, loving this food ,no more upset stomach and well goes to toilet every day and hurrah it's normal ,so would not use any thing else thank you so much best wishes and happy barks from Ollie

Second purchase - looking for novel protein
Wet food purchased again as both dogs have consistently decided they will eat it - even getting excited.
It has clear lumps of recognisable meat present in the familiar generic wet look so I’m sure that is the attraction.
One will eat the dry food , the other won’t but that wasn’t a surprise.
I needed to identify a novel protein source for one of the dogs and this could be it.

Confusing delivery notification
I have edited this review from a 1 star rating to 4 stars as my goods arrived today in a perfectly frozen condition. I would have given 5 stars but to be honest communication about dispatch and delivery were confusing.

We’re very sorry for the delay and for the concern this has caused. I’ve checked on your order and can confirm it was dispatched on Wednesday at 3pm with our courier. Unfortunately, due to a slight delay in fulfilment, it left us later than planned.
As noted in our delivery information, during busy periods dispatch may take an extra day, and while we strive for next-day delivery this cannot always be guaranteed. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend are sent the next working day (Monday–Thursday for raw food).
Your parcel is going to the PH1 area, where deliveries can sometimes take longer than other parts of the UK. Please rest assured it has been securely packed to remain frozen during transit.

Excellent quality. Real meat and not many carbs so perfect for dogs that have a yeast issue.
Food looks fresh and is a nice colour when you open the tin. Also has a nice smell and consistency

My dog loves their products!
I usually buy a variety of the venison products for my dog that I use mostly for training but also as treats. I love that they are all natural with no additives and low in fat, which is especially useful during training so that my dog doesn’t put on extra weight. My dog loves them! It comes neatly packaged and I even got a little extra treat once when the delivery was delayed. Much appreciated! I can highly recommend Wild Antler.

I have been a subscription customer for a number of years now, very disappointing to be waiting for my order with no update. No surprise my money was taken at the order date. I wonder how this would have stood,had it been the other way around??

Excellent products now unfortunately subscription only
I used to buy venison dog food , sausages and antler chews from this company as and when I needed them . My dog is very fussy and it's hit and miss as to whether it's eaten or not . I've gone to order and everything is subscription only . I dont want a subscription as my dog doesn't have it everyday. If it's subscription only I'll be going elsewhere in future and I'm sure a lot of my friends will aswell.
