After reviewing your order, we can confirm that your bouquet was delivered on the exact delivery date you selected at checkout. Our florists also personally emailed to confirm this with you at the time.
Regarding the delivery charge, all of our deliveries, whether nationwide or within London, are charged at a flat rate of £15. This ensures consistency and reliability across every order, so you were not overcharged in any way.

Our customer service team did inform you in a friendly and helpful manner that, due to flower availability on the day, we were unable to offer your chosen delivery date for your chosen variety. As we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, availability can vary and we’re not always able to guarantee every flower - or every delivery window - especially at peak times.

The wrong bouquet was delivered
The wrong bouquet was delivered. The driver returned several hours later with a rather bruised, rather small, disappointing bunch of flowers. Definitely not worth the £270 it cost me!

Easy ordering, beautiful flowers.
Very easy to order the flowers for local delivery. Realized I forgot the flat number and the Wild at Heart staff were very helpful and made the change for me to ensure the flowers were delivered to the right place. The delivery company called in advance to let my mum know when they would be coming, and though they were a bit later than originally planned, they were really lovely.

Stunning flowers I used them for my bridal bouquet. I did end up with flower dye on my dress but that’s only because I didn’t put them in water overnight! They really were the most beautiful flowers I’d ever seen and delivered in a gorgeous box.

I honestly regret hiring this company…
I honestly regret hiring this company for my birthday party. I only chose them because their Instagram and website looked amazing, but what I got was nothing like what we agreed on — not even close.
We had discussed a specific floral style and color palette, and I paid a high price expecting quality and professionalism. On the day of the event, I was so upset that I even told the owner directly that I hated it. The arrangements looked completely different from our references and felt rushed and careless.
Communication throughout the process was poor — emails went unanswered for days, and getting updates was a constant struggle. After the event, I asked for a partial refund because what they delivered wasn’t what I paid for, but their response was basically “not bothered.” No accountability, no regret, nothing.
I truly wish I had read other reviews before booking. It seems I’m not the only one — I later discovered they’ve ruined special occasions for other people too. Such a disappointment, especially from a company that presents itself so beautifully online

We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the flowers for your birthday celebration. We fully appreciate how special this occasion was and regret that the final result did not reflect what you had imagined.
However, we do want to clarify that all designs, details and budgets were fully reviewed and signed off in advance. The floral concept delivered on the day followed the approved proposal in both style and specification. At no stage prior to the event were alternative reference images or changes to that design shared with our team.
With regard to communication, our Event Manager kept in regular contact throughout the planning process, and automatic replies were always in place when she was travelling or on annual leave to ensure you could reach the wider events team if needed.
We take pride in our transparency and care across every project and we’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been noted and will be taken into account as we continue to uphold the highest standards in our work.
