Their website is misleading. Then, trying to find out any information for which you have paid, is impossible. There is no way for you to follow up on orders. You can file a case, which you get an automated response to, but nothing is followed up on. No email is sent once you have paid for something, no receipt, nothing. Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Their questions don't have correct answers. Worst HW service to ever use. If students can't trust the answers to be correct, then it is rendered useless. I have screenshot evidence. Someone should report them for fraud to a relevant watchdog.

MONEY GRABBER! worst online form of studying and homework environment! deducts points for wrong answers with absolutely no mercy. Final grades are taken, without reward for doing the problems right after the fact. Highly sensitive final answer inputs. DO NOT USE, TAKE A DIFFERENT COURSE SECTION IF POSSIBLE TO AVOID THIS PLATFORM.

Bought and paid for a textbook and have no access to it. This has happened to about half of my class even though we have proof of purchase. Wiley is absolutely no help. AVOID!!

Horrible Support experience, I filed a case a month ago and have yet to hear single goddamn word from support. I also looked into the Wiley Plus community forums for an answer, and it's even worse some of the people who had similar questions to my own spanning back to 2020 have yet to receive a response.

It is the worst software to work with. It has the vaguest hint for like 20 exercises and does not give you an explanation of the correct answer. Not only do I learn nothing while studying with it, I get even more confused and start doubting what I previously learned. I am very disappointed and would request for a refund if our professor didn't practically force us to buy it.

For textbook:
Some images are partially shown. Some words being misspelled. When finishing exercises, your answer and the correct answer will be overlapped. If you refresh the page (which you occasionally have to), you will start from the first page and have to do all the exercises again. If you accidentally hit forward/backward, it will lead to a page of error messages.

Very Anti-User Friendly
The e-book itself is USELESS as it offers little to no assistance in actually explaining how to complete the homework problems. The only saving grace is that certain problems have tutorial videos attached to them which are actually very helpful. However, the addition of a tutorial video tells me that the people at Wiley know the book isn't good enough at explaining which is why they need the video in the first place. Essentially, if they did a good job at explaining the problems, they wouldn't need the tutorial video.
If you have an accounting class that requires Wiley, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing Chegg to give you the answers for the homework since the book doesn't help at all.
Also, I've noticed that the practice homework that coincides with the actual homework often doesn't help and leaves me more confused. I've tried to tell my professors about my concerns with Wiley, but they just brush it off as me being a whiney college student.
Unfortunately, it is very common for me to take 4 hours or more on homework that only has 10 problems simply because there are no clues or hints on how to complete the problems presented in the assignment.
I have 4 classes this semester, 3 of which are in the 300 level, and my hardest class BY FAR is accounting 214 (If you aren't familiar, the higher the number, the more difficult the class is supposed to be, and my accounting 214 class is the hardest class even though it should be the easiest).

WileyPlus is literal garbage. I've been studying for an exam and decided to use the narrated lecture slides. One woman can't even speak properly and sometimes messes up the words. For example, saying something is a credit when it literally shows that it's a debit. Not to mention, the problems they "work out" have no explanation on how they even got an amount. McGraw-Hill connect is so much better

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I had to pay so much money for this absolutely useless service. This system offers no help and no explanation for answers given, makes calculations impossible when zero values are given. DO NOT USE THIS IT IS A PIECE OF S***!!!!!

There is no support for students.

Garbage program, questions do not include the desired densities of materials required for calculations. Making calculations impossible without THEIR VALUES.
Dont buy, fight this at your school.

wileyplus sucks compared to my math lab. horribly outdated interface, probably hasn't been updated since like 2010. Almost every time I use it I run into some problem that doesn't happen on any of the other websites. With the other websites, it'll link you to the text book, show you the solution, or ever help you solve it step by step. On wileyplus it'll just give you some hint thats not helpful 90% of the time. Additionally, you only get 3 attempts on each question, compared to unlimited on my math lab.Schools using this website is definitely a step in the wrong direction.

why does it say i get some hw questions wrong when it is right when i compare with correct answer and why is there no way for this to be corrected

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the WORST system I have ever used for school. For starters, it does not give any help for homework assignments and does not help you figure out how to get the right answer. It just tells you the answer without an explanation. On top of this, the price is outrageous. If I'm paying that much for a system, I should be able to get a lot out of it. Instead, I am left even more confused than when I first started the assignment. I am so tired of having to use this service for class and I hope I never have to use it again.

I feel like I am being extremely generous giving it one star, but unfortunately that is as low as I can go.

$160 for an online text book that I cant keep or pass on, multiple errors in every chapter. Adaptive practice question answers were wrong.

This is an absolute joke of a soft-wear and I would avoid at ALL costs!!!!!!

This company and system they use is laughable. I will be doing homework and work for spanish class and I either don't put the correct capitalization or from a more recent case: Put literally verbatim the correct answer, and they'll still mark me wrong. It doesn't make sense. Also had to wait four actual weeks when the class started because they missed up so bad that they had to give out two codes for every student in the classroom. It's pathetic and disrespectful. Who employs these morons?

I used WileyPlus for my chemistry class and HOLY **** IS IT BAD.
There is no main menu. There is a main menu button, which does not work. You cannot reach another chapter from the chapter you are on.
It times out after a while and you can't just refresh it.
You can't have the book and homework open at the same time or it throws up an error.
The questions are horribly confusing, the links to book pages often went to the wrong page (from which you cannot access any other pages), and did I mention that you cannot have the book open at the same time as the homework?
I hate this software with a burning passion. I would not wish it on my worst enemy.
