Willow Bay Home & Garden Ltd Reviews 

We've recently purchased a canvas wall art from WIllow Bay and I can't thank them enough. When enquiring about a delivery day for the item, Bruce, who I spoke to, contacted the courier to enquire on our behalf when this would be. The item arrived today, well packaged and in perfect condition, we are so pleased with it. Bruce has been really helpful and I will definitely recommend Willow Bay to family and friends and would order again from them in the future. Thank you so much once again :)

I ordered a log store, and after a problem with my order being overlooked it was rectified very quick with lots of apologies. Two days later it arrived and is very sturdy, easy to put together. Very pleased with the item and can highly recommend.

What a lovely company. I never like ordering online as I worry about customer service and I like to be able to speak to a real person for reassurance, this is the first time using Willow Bay and they have not disappointed, item arrived when they said it would, very well packaged, I was so pleased...definitely use them again

Took delivery of our Jack & Jill seats today a beautiful piece of furniture to adorn our garden. Very well constructed and and a great finish . Looking forward to spending time enjoying and relaxing in the garden. From ordering to delivery very quick and efficient service. Many thanks.

In this day and age you so, so often get disappointed with what you buy when it arrives, or of the service you receive in the buying process. Well not with Willowbay. My first experience with them will certainly not be my last.

I bought a 6ft x 4ft log store.

I will struggle to tell you how pleased I am with Willowbay's product and service and if you're thinking I am part of the organisation, I'm not and had never heard of Willowbay 2 weeks ago.

I loved their website, their reassurance and advice which they back up with the reality of what occurs. The product arrived in top notch condition, wrapped in cling film, was millimetre perfect, the instructions easy, the timber was great, no flaws; but being a nurd it was their attention to detail that really ticked my boxes: self cutting stainless steel screws instead of cheap screws that meant longer lasting, aesthetically attractively, didn't need to pre-drill holes.

Also my log store was delivered on a palette where Willowbay had clearly added a functional but beautifully made frame to protect my new purchase in transit.

I can't recommend Willowbay or their log stores (and I suspect everything else they sell) in any higher terms. I wish all companies that I buy from were even half as good as Willowbay.

Purchased a Cottage Arbour from Willowbay, couldn’t have been more helpful and always answered the phone when I called them. Brilliant company and it’s nice to be able to support a local business.

I ordered a Four Seasons Garden Room from Willowbay, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the communication was second to none. Couldn't recommend the company highly enough. The garden room is asset to my outside space.

Absolutely blown away with the service from this wonderful company. I was considering purchasing three cosi lamps and needed some additional information about gas bottle sizes which wasn’t available anywhere on the internet. They called the company and came straight back to me with the correct information. The product is lovely and the price was very competitive. Delivery was on time and very well protected and packaged. Great I total service and great value. Some time later I had a problem with them taking a long time to light. This was handled professionally and two of them were immediately replaced. The new ones are perfect and I absolutely love them. The issue has been handled throughout by the owner Bruce who even called me on a Friday night and a Sunday when I messaged him on WhatsApp. There are few companies with this level of amazing service! Don’t hesitate to order from this excellent company. It is often when things go wrong that you realise who the best companies are. This is a little gem. Thank you so much you deserve to do well.

I found this company and ordered a dining table after seeing it on another site but with exorbitant shipping charges to central Scotland. Despatch time was as per the original information provided and I'm delighted with the table. Not sure who the courier company were as communications were a little lacking, but lovely and friendly when they delivered the table, and happily brought it into my living room. No complaints at all, glad I took the chance on a company I hadn't heard of.

I placed an order last week for a BBQ shelter, it said delivery 7-10 days, I needed this sooner so contacted the Willow Bay to ask if this was possible. From that first communication the customer Service I have seen has gone above and beyond, my shelter arrived this morning as promised. Please THANK everyone involved in making this happen and keeping me informed, especially Sarah.

Excellent service....beautiful furniture for the garden, very robust, gorgeous design, cushions are excellent quality. I would 100% recommend.

Great company to deal with, and brilliant customer service. I ordered a 3 seat cottage arbour which was slightly damaged in transit (and no reflection on the seat itself) they couldn't have been more helpful. Replacement part arrived quickly and the finished product was lovely. Thoroughly recommend.

After placing an order online, I contacted Willow Bay to discuss delivery timescales. Assisted by Bruce, he acknowledged the enquiry and arranged for a courier delivery which has now arrived within 3 days of my placing the order. Excellent service throughout.

What a company very helpful accommodating and the garden furniture is first class the highest quality wood compared to other companies I’ve bought from in the past. Over the moon one very happy customer. Thank you so much
