Really pleased with this chair. I had worries after purchasing that it wouldn’t be as nice as the photo but it is! What’s more it doesn’t look as if it has been self assembled. Very classy

Perfect from ordering to updates and delivery. Parasol looked exactly as shown in the website , bright & beautiful lime green colour. Seems well made but have only had it for a month or so...time will tell.

The table is beautiful exactly what I wanted and such a reasonable price! It’s identical to another I viewed in a well known shop for 3 times the price! It looks perfect in my front room. The customer service was fantastic on the phone, email and social media. I will defiantly shop will willow bay again. We had a small problem with delivery they turned up and kept me updated with the times by text and call but my table wasn’t loaded nobody’s fault and not an issue . Not a problem they arranged a re delivery that suited me and were very helpful.

Very pleased it's good quality, nice colour and unususal/easy to use, has a cover too!

After finding the clock i had been after cheaper on this website, I happily ordered it. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately there was a fault with the item I had ordered, i contacted customer services who replied very promptly. The customer service I received from this company was brilliant and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Although unfortunately my item was faulty I would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Willow Bay for your help throughout.

Very disappointed! Wanted to purchase Premier Lyon Chair with Weave Seat. Was advertised as £142 for a pair. I rang to ask a couple of questions and then said I would like to buy them. I was told that it would be safer to do this online than over the phone. Willow Bay then removed the offer and changed the price to per item rather than for two! When I queried this I was told they had been misadvertised. Very dodgy underhand and unprofessional service.

I was looking for some new light fittings throughout the house and came across Willow Bay on Google. I picked up the phone and dialled the number to have a chat, the agent (Bruce) was absolutely fantastic in offering some advice on what was available. We settled on the Lexington Pendant Lights, order was placed and item was delivered in the time given - cannot fault the service at all. I will be going back to Willow Bay in the future - thanks guys!

From start to finish, Willow Bay was absolutely superb, a pleasure to do business with. The prices were the best that we found, the customer service was excellent, and communication was very straightforward. When we ordered a parasol and found that the colour didn't quite match our garden furniture cushions, an alternative parasol was sent out immediately, no questions asked. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect order. We will most definitely look to buy from Willow Bay again. Highly recommended.
