Wilsons Reviews

The team at Wilsons are great. They are friendly and provide excellent service. They were able to work within my very busy schedule to secure a apartment for me. I have no reservations in recommending Wilsons to anyone.

Best letting agent I've used, very friendly, helpful and professional. They ensure tenants are fully checked and deal with any queries or problems very efficiently. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use myself.

I don't usually give reviews for Estate Agents, but this time it is worth doing so. Very very professional and quick service. Managed to complete my house buying in 30 days, and I only called Wilsons around 3 times. Cathy kept me up to date with regular updates. I only visited their office once to collect the house keys! Amazing service, extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

The team at Wilsons have been friendly and professional, demonstrating good customer care skills and experience in their field.
I would recommend Wilsons to other landlords looking for a smooth lettings and/or management experience.

Excellent Customer/landlord service offered by Wilsons Estate agent.

Both Kate & Steph have a high degree of knowledge , customer care skills and professionalism in their field.
As a result, they demonstrated this throughout my dealings with Wilsons Estate agents.

This is the reason I am a returning customer to Wilson's Estate agents, they only employ staff who are of a high proffessional calibre.
I would 100% recommend Wilson's as the first point of contact for any property, estate sales lettings or landlord services.

Well done Maxine Wilson for have an outstanding hard working and dedicated team!

Great estate agents that always provide us with a brilliant service.

I was advised to use wilsons by a friend at work, and im glad that i did. I was given a fast and personal service! I dont think finding a house could have been made any easier. Big thanks to Kate, and the rest of the team!

The people at Wilsons are very friendly and professional. I have let one of their properties and i must say that they are efficient and so far all my needs have been met; Carol my property manager has made sure of this so far :) I would recommend Wilsons!

Everyone at Wilsons is always very professional, but a the same time they are also all very friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always do what they say they are going to do. They are also very efficient and quick when it comes to finding new tenants for my rental properties.
I have recommended them to a number of friends and will continue to do so

Efficient, accommodating and understanding of your requirements. Staff went out of their way to satisfy my very pressing requests.

Big thanks to Kate and Carol for helping me through a very stressful situation.

Most of all, they have the "people touch" i.e. you not a number, you are a person.
Thanks again Wilsons

We first came across Wilsons when buying a BTL property. Their service to us, as buyers, was first class, and we left the property with them to manage. Unlike with other agents we have used, we are completely satisfied with their service. They have achieved good rents for us, and quickly found tenants, and our renters have also expressed satisfaction with their service, They now manage three of our properties to our complete satisfaction. Recently we have also sold a property through them, and again the price they achieved reached our expectations and the sale was handled quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic service, kept updated the whole way through.

There slogan don't think about cost think about value worked for us - not the cheapest but felt like the best

One of the smoothest house sale ever.
All ways updated and kept informed about the sale.
A proactive company.

Had a very good experience with Wilsons. They were well organised, friendly and communicated regularly on progress of house purchase. Highly recommend.

Excellent it was a good collaboration

There was a brief hold up in getting a resolution to a couple of issues recently but this was not due to any lack of effort on Carol's part, who tried to get things sorted. Not only did Carol try to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently, she displayed a level of empathy, regarding concerns I had, that I rarely see these days (generally speaking). All staff are friendly, approachable and understanding of the varying needs of tenants and are happy to assist in any way that they can. I fully intend to remain working/renting with Wilsons for as long as possible, or until I'm in a position to purchase a home, in which case I would still only trust the staff at Wilsons. Their honesty, professionalism and support far surpasses any experience I've had with other agents in over the years.

Have been working with wilson lettings for sometime & they manage seversl of our property portfolio .They are by far extremely professional & the management team are very proactive.

Halfway through my house sale and so far all the Wilsons staff I've spoken to or met have been totally professional, friendly, efficient and treat my house sale as if it's their own. After being let down by a buyer the fabulously calm Chenise was more disappointed than I was! Now we are on the countdown to completion and I'm confident they will be with me all the way, Thanks everyone!
