I ordered a mineral coffee mug that was so cool on the website. I was so excited to get it, which took entirely too long. When I opened it up, all I could do was laugh. I got scammed! It's a piece of plastic crap that I would never even put my lips on. I tried to e-mail them 4 times to return it and they have never answered me. The return address is a small storage unit in NY. What a joke. Don't order anything from them.

If I could give negative stars I would! My entire experience with this company was HORRIBLE. I ordered 2 of the mineral crystal coffee mugs to give as gifts. (I needed 8 but thought I should have them shipped to me first to check the quality before spending that amount of $ and direct shipping them)

Thankfully I did! Delivery took an extremely long time. I was very excited to open these mugs because they looked so beautiful. Disappointment doesn't even begin to described how I felt. Not even close to looking like "minerals" I don't even think that they are resin but a cheap plastic with a metal removable cup that does not fit correctly.

Read their return policy CAREFULLY! I immediately contacted the company requesting a return code. They seemed to intentionally wait on responding to my email requests - you only have a certain number of days from receipt to send them back. I continued to contact them, they required pictures, twice, and the reason for my return multiple times. When I FINALLY got return authorization I was told that my original shipping charges would not be refunded, ok no problem, but I needed to pay for return shipping and email them the tracking number. I didn't like that I needed to pay for shipping for a product that was so very clearly not what was described in the ad.
I repackaged both mugs in the original boxes, addressed it EXACTLY as specified and went to UPS. Shipping costs were $51.83!!!!!! Almost as much as I paid for these ugly things! Additionally, UPS will not provide tracking information to China. Needless to say, I kept the mugs and will donate them. Don't waste your money or time with this company.

I ordered a mineral coffee mug and, despite the description on their website and fake reviews of it, the mug is not made of mineral but plastic or acrylic. The website claims the mug will hold 12-15 ounces. The capacity is half that at best. It took longer to receive than the website originally claimed as well. What a joke. Shopify should cut them off on principle. Wish I had visited Trustpilot before I ordered.

Do not trust them they show a video of crystal mugs being carved out of stone. Then they send you plastic mini cups that look like garbage. Then try to get your money back. What a horrible thing g to do to people. They should be ashamed. If I could give them 0 stars that would be too good

I bought 8 items and received 3. I am out $180 unless p pal can reimburse me. Items were promised to arrive before Christmas and came mid-January. The company gave a tracking number but the mailing package was made of a plastic envelope and too small for all items. In fact, the items received were in damaged boxes. I filled out my order for items to be sent to my niece's home, but the company changed the shipping address to my address without consulting me. I wrote the company and asked if items could be sent to another location if first location did not work for them and the company did not respond. I called and no one called me back. The company's automatic updates said the items were immediately sent but tracking shows otherwise. I think the 2 of 7 Stanley cups which I received, which were in banged up beyond repair boxes, look good. These cups do not look like my other Stanley cups but appear they may work the same. The decanter set came in a banged up box, but items in the set were okay. The decanter is smaller than I thought, but the glasses in the set are bigger. Obviously, the decanter set is strong as it did not break in the mail. I think the decanter seat was gift worthy. I am disappointed not all items came. I think the company is trying to rip me off because it gave me no updates and no other tracking numbers. I do not recommend this business due to my experience. The company never returned my December calls or emails. This is based on my one experience and my opinion only. If you buy from this company, screen shot as you go. Take pictures of everything you order, your order number, and your receipt.

YOU SHOULD BE EMABARRASSED! This company should be EMBARRASSED for ripping people off and misleading them! I wish I had seen your reviews on Trust Pilot BEFORE I ordered from this FRAUDULENT website! I placed an order Dec 2, for 3 Natural Mineral crystal mugs with the site saying I would get it by the 19th of December. Those thin crappy plastic/resin so called mugs arrived Jan 10th wreaking of heavy fumes from matte paint painted on the OUTSIDE of the mugs from what seems by a VERY YOUNG CHILD! SHAME ON YOU! Storage Post Self Storage! Look it up for yourself! There is not a place for photos on your trustpilot site, otherwise everyone could see these atrocities! There is no phone number to call them but rather an email them, so I emailed them and told them I would report them to every social media site, BBB and the Ohio Attorney Generals office! Of course they did not write me back but rather sent an email offering 15% off my next order! Can you believe the GULL OF THIS PERSON AMY?!!!!Please help me to STOP these horrible people from ripping off other people with these POOR SHODDY PRODUCTS!

I ordered two of the “mineral crystal” coffee mugs and I literally laughed out loud. These are in no way mineral crystal or even resembles it a little. They are poorly made from plastic and hand painted to look like crystal from what I can imagine by a third grader. Never use this site. It’s a horrible scam.

Knock off tumblers. Bad customer service. Comes from overseas and takes several weeks despite paying extra for shipping.

Would choose 0 stars if I could. Took a month to get a Olivia Rodrigo Stanley and it was a total knockoff, peeling away and smelled so bad of chemicals I wouldn’t give it to my worst enemy. I’ve tried to get in touch with a real human for weeks and no response. Sad that these scammers got away with so much over the holidays

Do not buy from this site!! Product is NOT what is advertised on the site. This is a fake site and returns need to be shipped to China-and that cost is most likely more than the item purchased.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Wineandwhiskeydecanter.com is a complete scam company, they do not sell what is advertised, they do not respond to emails, and they sent cheap crap in place of what I ordered 33 days late!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Finally got my order after 41 days and it's absolute junk. Crap "Stanley" knockoff that looks like a 2 year old put stickers on it. Contacted Stanley regarding this company selling fakes under the Stanley name and they actually send me a box and prepaid label to send them the cup to investigate. I hope they shut this scam site down. Already filed with my CC company. What a total waste of time and money.

I ordered the gemstone mineral mug in early December and just received it today!! It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and when I emailed I was ignored! What I got today was not at all what they advertised on the site. It’s a piece of garbage and an embarrassment. They should be ashamed of themselves..be warned stay away!

I ordered a Taylor Swift Stanley for my granddaughter for Christmas. I ordered it in October to make sure it got here. It got here three days before Christmas but it was a Stanley knockoff,Stanley had nothing to do with this thing. When I confronted them about it, it took weeks to get answers and they are pretty much saying too bad we are just like a Stanley and won’t give me my money back. Never never never again. I don’t know if this will help, but I notified Stanley about the problem of them claiming these are real Stanley’s when their Chinese knock offs.

The gemstone mug as advertised was purchased as a Christmas gift from my 11 year old son. What a scam, it was plastic cup with a shot glass size stainless insert. It looks like a toy for a kid's kitchen. Waste of money, SCAM! You're karma will be affected

If I could put zero that's what I would do. I placed the order a month ago and it still hasn't left China! If I had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered it. It was supposed to be a Christmas present.

Bought a "Stanley" tumbler for a gift and paid extra for expedited shipping. Four weeks later I get a cheap, fake, knockoff direct from China.
Response time to emails is days. They are requiring I ship it back to China at my own expense if I want a refund. they are not a US company and they do not sell authentic brand products as described.

This product is garbage, looks NOTHING like the picture. A total scam. My daughter was so disappointed when it came.

Item came but was not even close to what was described or pictured. Just cheap plastic crap that is priced WAY over what it should be, even at sale price of 50% off. Buyer beware! Just buy something at the dollar store or Walmart instead. It would be the same quality, but you wouldn't feel ripped off.
