You will not get a crystal mug. You will get a plastic playschool cup. Utter garbage.

Misleading website, terrible product, very small poorly made plastic mugs with loose fitting metal liner, not "mineral crystal" as stated and pictured on the website. We purchased mugs a gifts, ended up throwing them away as useless junk. Adding insult to injury, even after purchasing optional "Expedited Shipping + Product Insurance," after making the purchase, the website encourages the buyer to add "Expedited Shipping + Product Insurance" implying that the initial request for shipping/insurance had not gone through, resulting in a duplicate payment which they will not refund. Rather, their customer service is terrible, promising to honor the refund request but later repeatedly asking for purchase details until the customer gives up. Their telephone line is bogus. Complete fraudulent scam.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Never received product, paid 25.00 extra to be shipped 2-3 days, 3 wk later no product. No working number for customer service. Won't respond to email as stated... DON'T USE THE SITE

Can confirm this is a Chinese scam. Don't even need to receive my product to realize, as soon as I got an email saying it was shipping from China (2 weeks after I ordered), that was enough. Website claims about shipping etc. do not match up, not even sure the tracking number is accurate. Will be disputing with my credit card company. Not bothering to email, based on reading others' reviews about no email response.

Definitely a knock off scam company and PayPal upholds them because they send bogus links and lie. Do not use!

Just found out about this scam too late I ordered a mug from them and it looks like they just took my money and sent a bogus tracking number that leads to page loaded with viruses. Avoid at all costs!

Wish we had seen this site before we ordered. My wife ordered me a “crystal” mug for Christmas. The item never came and we can’t get any response from the company. She has gotten two different “tracking numbers” from them for some website that is probably a scam as well. We are currently working with our credit card company to hopefully get our money back.

Ordered a Stanley but received a knock off tumbler. Completely fake. Don’t order from here. I ordered an Olivia Rodrigo Stanley. The actual Stanley is purple. What I got was a tumbler. There’s no Stanley logo. It’s noticeably lower quality and not the same size as an actual Stanley. It’s pink. Not purple. The stars are only on one side and the Olivia Rodrigo symbol is wrong. Literally just a cheap Chinese knock off.

This company is awful! They have stupid nonsense robotic customer service and aren’t helpful at all! I ordered Christmas gifts on November 29th and they kept sending order updates until Christmas but no gifts arrived. Every time they sent an email it said nothing but it’s being processed. And all follow emails just said it’ll take three days to reply to your email. They were completely unhelpful and I regret ordering from them! The website says 7-10 business days to ship an order after 2-3 days to process. But nearly a month later I got nothing! When they send their ridiculous rest assured emails they contradict their website and claim it takes 21 days to ship. I wouldn’t have ordered if the website claimed this honestly from the beginning! Even though it’s been over three weeks there’s nothing and no new helpful news. Skip ordering from this website and make your shopping experience a valuable one!

I couldn’t give it less than one star. Stay away from this web site totally crap. Lousy customer service. Takes forever to get items.

If i could give a 0 rate, or a Negative 10 review I would. The "crystal mugs" advertised were NOT what was delivered after waiting a month. I purchased the green, purple and blue mugs and was shocked to find how small they were and that they had a very loose fitting stainless steel cup to be used when using the mug for hot liquids. I would NEVER put anything hot in them! The cup will certainly fall out when tipping it up to drink. The Mugs are NOT crystal, they look to be spray painted plastic. I am going to attempt to get a return label but I am not confident that I will get one. This company is a total SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I was looking forward to giving unique, one of a kind gifts to my daughter's but cannot in good conscious give them these pieces of junk.

These are totally ugly and not what they show on the website. $40 for two (tiny) mugs and they're really awful.

The photo in your advertisement depicts the cups being formed and crafted from actual mineral crystal.
Your Specification actually STATES they are “Made from Mineral Crystal”.
BUT THEY ARE NOT! They are simple molded PLASTIC.

Your Specifications state “Each mug stands approximately 4.5” tall, with a 12-15 once capacity. These statements are COMPLETELY
FALSE! Each mug stands only 3” tall, with only a tiny 4 once capacity.

Also, the cups each have a VERY loose-fitting metal liner (not shown in your advertisement) which quickly falls out anytime the cup is tipped - burning you when you are trying to drink a hot cup of coffee from them.

Your advertisement says “These mugs are polished to emphasize the mineral natural details for a high quality finish”. Again, completely FALSE; no polishing - just simple unpolished molded plastic.

As if I needed another reason to be completely dissatisfied, the BLUE color on the ‘blue’ cup, is actually green, with 3 crude blue circles PAINTED on the green plastic.

How you can advertise photos of those beautiful cups - and then send what amounts to garbage, is beyond me. FALSE ADVERTISING ISN’T A STRONG ENOUGH DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR ACTIONS.

I request a return label for this, plus another for my order# 16829 for another two 'Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs’ - which has not arrived yet.
I am now certain the additional order will ALSO contain two tiny 4 ounce plastic cups with very unsafe loose metal liners.

Also, one more for the 3rd order I placed for the "Stanley Cup", which was instead a knockoff worth maybe a couple of dollars - NOT a genuine Stanley, for which I've paid you $50.00, plus shipping cost. What kind of company are you RUNNING, anyway?

This place is a joke. Bought two crystal coffee mugs and got an email saying I’ll be notified when it ships…a week later I still hear nothing so I attempt to call with the number supplied to Amex and low and behold the number is disconnected. I go online and I’m given another number that is also disconnected. I sent them numerous emails to no avail and then I called American Express to dispute this and they reimbursed me the money but stay away from this company!!!!

Ordered a Stanley tumbler through “wineandwhiskeydecanter” over a week ago with nothing shipped. Tried to contact them through their email which gets returned undeliverable. Tried to call their number which is disconnected. This website looks good and has layers but is a SCAM site.

Advertising a fake Stanley tumbler! No logo shown, but listed as such. BOT cust serv, no physical address for company listed. Disputed charge thru PayPal. Stated delivery was 14 to 21 days from date shipped AFTER order was placed. Shop elsewhere!

Never shipped product. Disputing with credit card. They suck.

Order took 8 weeks to arrive from China. Was sold as a Stanley but upon arrival was obviously fake. Stanley confirmed it was a fraudulent item. Terrible bot customer service service. Promised a 20% refund which they obviously never provided because they are frauds. Steer clear!!!

Place the order and they instantly take my money send an email with my order confirmation but that's all you get .I have responded numerous times and I never get an email response back the phone number has been disconnected.total scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Definitely a SCAM AND PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, LET ALONE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION! They send a confirmation email but that’s it, no shipping confirmation. They will then email you once you inquire about your order stating it’s “processing”.
