Servizio di molto al di sopra delle aspettative anche questa volta. Già in passato mi ero avvalsa del vostro servizio e anche questa volta anche se in altra città ho trovato il bouquet scelto molto curato e orario di consegna soddisfatto. Grazie WINEFLOWERS!!!

Consegna celere e bouquet di fiori molto bello.

Ho ricevuto un bouquet da sposa completamente diverso da quello ordinato, più foglie che rose, senza tulle ma con una cartaccia verde mal messa, in pratica un mazzo di fiori da pochi euro piuttosto che un bouquet preparato con cura come appariva nel sito. Una figuraccia per me che l'ho mandato e una delusione per la sposa. Vergognatevi!

Non sono per niente soddisfatta. Ho scelto un bouquet giallo e blu, sapendo che questi fossero i colori preferiti della festeggiata. Il mazzo era completamente diverso dalla foto, ma non solo: del blu non c'era traccia. Ho scritto una recensione negativa sul bouquet, in quanto dopo l'acquisto viene richiesto di fornire una recensione. Non è stata mai pubblicata e sul sito appaiono solo quelle positive. Non mi sembra assolutamente un comportamento corretto e non credo ordinerò nuovamente da loro.

Favolosi! Ho ordinato oggi nel pomeriggio e alle 18 sono stati consegnati fiori freschissimi e molto belli! Ho ordinato un bouquet di compleanno ed, oltre ad essere perfettamente corrispondente alla foto, è anche risultato molto profumato. Regalo molto gradito ed ho fatto un figurone, prezzo corrispondente a prodotto e servizio, mi servirò ancora di loro 🤩

Delivery: Very efficient and fast. Instructions were followed except the time but I have already foreseen this since it is a next day delivery.

Items: The recipient was surprised with the flower and fruit basket she received. Quality is great!

Customer Service: Can be improved. I wished they responded quickly only to realize their customer service is not 24/7. I think it would be great if they have a way of communicating thru phone - it's more direct and gives the customers much assurance. Overall, Sophie was able to respond in a timely manner when the work hours started.

Website: Tracking feature did not work for me. Hopefully they improve on that part.

I used this company to send flowers for a birthday of a friend of mine who lives far away. The delivery was made on time and my friend was super happy.
The bouquet of flowers are truly beautiful and very fresh.
I will definitely use this service again to send gifts, highly recommended.

Worst service ever, do nor order from this website. I ordered a cake to be delivered on my boyfriend’s birthday and he never received it. They also take ages to reply to the emails

I had my concerns about ordering flowers in Italy from Hawaii. Further, I had some special instructions which were carried out perfectly. My interactions with Sophie were straightforward and very helpful. While I could not be there for my girlfriend’s birthday, the two dozen roses conveyed my love beautifully. Mahalo

Great Service - Great Prices - Totally Recommended !

We ordered delivery of flowers in Spain and were not satisfied with the company's service.

The company's consultant confirmed the delivery for the morning, but the delivery was made only after lunch (13:00-14:00).
During the communication with the company, the consultant said that the delivery of the bouquet will be made within 30 minutes, but the flowers were delivered only after 2 hours. The company employee also confirmed to us that they contacted the recipient and confirmed all the details, but the recipient did not receive any information regarding the delivery of the flowers.
Also, there are difficulties in communication with the company. Correspondence can only be done by mail, which takes a lot of time. The company does not answer phone calls.

We will not consider the company for cooperation in the future and cannot recommend it.
