I love ordering from Wine Online. We have thoroughly enjoyed every wine we've purchased. The reviews are great, as are the daily emails tempting me with wonderful choices. My only regret is that I can buy more!

Great site for ordering wine you can't acquire at the lcbo. Got a confirmation call on the day it was arriving to assure it was delivered securely.

They had what I wanted. Great selection, they were extremely helpful on the phone. Staff has a ton of knowledge about the wines they carry and also which foods to pair with. Awesome experience.

We got a nice "open and drink" burgundy, at a very good price. Wine-buying made easy. The email "ad" for our wine hooked me, and was very accurate.

The customer service was amazing. When I though I had a problem and contacted them I received a response next to immediate. The delivery was prompt and on time, the service is exceptional and best of all they have my favorite wine that I can't buy at the lcbo anymore.

Encountering any difficulty in ordering is not a problem as the staff assistance is excellent and delivery is polite, on time and helpful. It goes without saying that the selection is top notch.

Ordering anything on line is always a little scary, but I have used this service twice now and have had no issues and received great service.

WineOnline is a great way to get good wine by the case for my wine cellar. Good variety and fantastic service. In a matter of a few days after ordering the wine is delivered to my post office. I appreciate the service and efficiency.

Special thanks for the driver who delivered to my house. He noticed my father is senior and he can't handle a case of wine, the driver helps him to bring it inside the house and put it on top of the countertop.

There was over a month between the time of ordering and the time they shipped the wine. Then when it finally arrived it went to the Canada Post outlet. I passed at least five liquor stores on the way to Canada Post pick up the wine. This wasn't a rare wine -- it was a well known, mass produced wine. Wineonline is a nice idea, but it doesn't make purchasing wine more convenient or timely. This may be a particular problem for Alberta. I hope no one gives me a gift certificate to them again.
