i took a trip to Madrid, Portugal and Mocorro and was very satisfied.
I signed up for Egypt and Jordan. However that trip was cancelled by you due to the war in Iran.
Now I sgin up a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Hope I wil have the same experience

je me suis inscrite pour le voyage aux iles Galápagos et un jour plus tard il était 300$ moins cher. Nous étions deux à s'inscrire cela fait 600$ pour une même famille.
Je suis très déçu car après avoir mentionné mon mécontentement aux gens de Wingbuddy, ils m'ont dit qu'il ne pouvaient rien faire pour moi que les prix pouvaient varier.
Ce qui me fâche est que la semaine précédent l'inscription j'ai reçu des messages de pression de la part de Wingbuddy pour m'inscrire me disant que les prix pouvaient changer, (avec les problème de hausse du pétrole) j'étais loin de penser que ça pouvait être moins cher, cette pression de leur part m'a poussé a prendre une mauvais décision d'autant plus que j'attendais une offre d'une autre agence et qui s'est avérer plus intéressante. Je regrette d'avoir bouquer avec Wingbuddy c'est la première fois avec eux et la dernière.

I am not pleased with help after purchase
I was very pleased with most of the experience booking this tour. I was very confused about the dates the tour is on. The website stated the 26th but we think it is the 27th. We had to send several emails and phone calls to get this understood. I also asked for a frequent traveller discount twice and have not yet received it after a week.

Overall the experience was wonderful! They took care of every detail! The transportation was a beautiful experience, they always had brand new vans and buses! The food was great, except for one event! Overall it was great! I would go again!

The only reason I took off a star was because of the single up charge.
I expect to pay extra but this amount was a lot.
Putting that aside, I am extremely excited about going on my first Wingbuddy trip!

La procédure de réservation et le suivi ont été très satisfaisants. Le rapport qualité prix est à souligner. La variété des forfaits proposés est intéressante. Un petit bémol : le lien entre Wingbuddy et le partenaire à destination n'est pas toujours évident.
