After having our original holiday to the US cancelled due to the pandemic and a substantial amount of credit on our account I spoke to Neil direct to arrange an alternative holiday for 2022. He provided excellent service and did everything he could to accommodate our needs. He is a great communicator, friendly with a personal touch and has a passion for travel. We haven't used Winged Boots in the past but I feel confident Neil will look after us.

We booked a holiday to Oman with Dean via Winged Boots. Dean made it a pleasure to book and the holiday was fantastic. Everything had been thought about to make our trip with our son perfect. From upgrading flights to transfers and choice of hotel. Dean is my go to for any holidays or business trips.

These guys have been booking our family holidays for us for the last 6 years and they are outstanding. Total flexibility and the most personal touch, they always do everything they can to accommodate our needs and offer exemplary service. I recommend them to everyone!

Whether booking a multi- site bucket list trip or a short break we have always received an excellent standard of support and advice right through from planning to departure. Every aspect of travel is taken care of quickly and efficiently which gives you total confidence that you will be completely happy with your holiday and get the most out of your experience. Particular mention must go to Dean Jeffries who has been incredible in amending and rearranging our most recent Las Vegas holiday numerous times due to Covid restrictions and met all of our changing requirements in a friendly and professional way and was also very understanding about our anxieties travelling in this uncertain time. In an increasingly impersonal world it is so refreshing to find somewhere that still offers and values a personalised service.

Booked our flights all through Winged boots and for obvious current reasons ended up having to change dates, times, and the return flight from a totally different part of Greece. Michelle was brilliant, helpful and efficient.

Winged Boots isn’t a company I had heard of before so I was a little nervous booking with them. Neil completely put me at ease, he was extremely responsive on email (I’m impatient!) and even contacted me out of his working hours. I had a quote from another travel agent and he was also able to offer a better price. Very happy so far :)

Claire Baker was fantastic. Our requirements changed twice and she was patient and accommodating. We are really happy with the itinerary we got and the price. Claire made the process easy and I was happy with the fact she was comfortable communicating via email due to me not being available on the phone a lot.

We made an enquiry with Winged Boots and were lucky enough to be contacted by Neil. What can I say, Neil is outstanding! I was always sceptical about using an agent, thinking we can get a better deal ourselves but my outlook has completely changed since dealing with Neil. We have never been to the Maldives before so leaning on Neil's superior knowledge has been essential. He found us the best deal, answered all our queries about the resort, the company who own the resort, the facilities, how the sea plane transfers work and of course the endless Covid questions honestly, promptly and with reassurance that cannot be bought. We completely trusted Neil and as somebody who has been a Sales Director myself I know genuine when I hear it. Above all else Neil is THE friendliest person I have met in a professional capacity. He takes the time to follow up (even when not needed) by phone and emails are sent immediately when promised. I feel like I know him as a friend and we are both delighted to have used Neil for our holiday booking. I simply cannot recommend Neil at Winged Boots enough. What a knowledgable, experienced, professional and super friendly person. Thank you Neil for everything. It is so clear you LOVE your job and helping people book their dream holidays. Michelle at Winged Boots has been fantastic from the moment we made contact with her. The holiday that we dreamed of that we thought was unattainable has become a reality only because of Michelle. Our holiday requirements were very specific and complex, with multiple destinations and flights. Our budget didn’t look like we could afford the accommodation we needed however Michelle worked her magic and has given us over and above what we could’ve hoped for. She has taken the stress completely off of our shoulders from everything including navigating through the rigourous Covid requirements which she has managed to take care of for us. We couldn’t speak more highly of her her professionalism her friendliness and the way that she has made this a stress-free process. Also she always find up when she said she would if not before she even made exception out of hours to help us with a particular problem- she truly she went above and beyond.

My experience with Winged boots has been amazing! As soon as I sent my enquiry, Neil reach out and he’s been a pleasure to work with! He’s very quick with his response & he’s very knowledgeable and kind, the quote is presented in a way that breaks everything down and is easy to understand.
