The service we received was outstanding. They are professional, will have a video meeting with you and are always available for questions before and after the insurance purchase. The are most kind and understanding as well. We have used this company on 2 different occasions and I would never consider using any other company. I give them my highest recommendation.

Our experience with Winsurance was superb. We worked with Helena through the process of getting traveler's and private health insurance. She was incredibly responsive and thoroughly explained everything for us.

Winsurance scheduled video calls with us to go over all of our options and made recommendations based on our family's needs. We even had an emergency that required a fast change to our policy during an important appointment. Helena performed a miracle in making the needed updates quickly.

Estava numa situação difícil às 23h de dia 25 de outubro. Tinha sido abordado pela policia e não tinha o seguro atualizado. Para além da multa, ficaria impedido de circular com o carro enquanto não pagasse o seguro. Á noite, com a minha filha , não poderíamos regressar a casa. Então lembrei me de ligar á Sandra Costa. Está vossa colaboradora, em casa e fora do seu horário de trabalho (eram 23 horas), de uma forma generosa e muito eficiente consegui me resolver um problema grande. De facto , as empresas são as pessoas, está colaboradora ficou no meu coração.

This is my second five-star experience with Winsurance. A little over a year ago, Cristina C. held my hand and helped me through my first Portuguese auto insurance policy. This time, it was homeowners insurance. Camila B. guided me through every step of the process with a product that was within my budget and made sure that I understood everything before committing to anything. Her level of Customer Service is world class as well as the depth of her product knowledge. I can't recommend Camila and Winsurance highly enough!
