I want to return an item they haven't got back to me

Terrible website.

I bought a dress that has a terrible quality and they don’t want the dress back to give me my money back

Bad customer service, when you try to in touch with them, they never responded back to you... Not helpfull at all...
Be carefully when you shop a dress from them it's hard for you to contact them...

I ordered a dress and it was cheaply made and they are too strict on their return policy. I won't buy from online store again.

SCAM - CHINA shop not US
Bought the correct size (which should be a 8 Australia) it arrived a dress that not even a size 4 Australia would fit.
Tried to get a refund and they said their policy is of no refund.

Even though it says on their website they would refund for size issues.

No, thank you I want my money back, simple. I would not even mind paying for the ridiculous price to ship back to them to get my $250 back

Horrible. Have a ridiculous 15 day return policy where most companies have 30. I was on vacation when my dress arrived and was unable to try on. It is huge and now they will not let me return it. Seeing that they are in Hong Kong it probably would cost a fortune to return anyway typical of these overseas companies. Highly do not recommend. Not customer friendly.

They are selling same clothes as AliExpress,Alibaba,Temu and so on. Just for a higher price

Be warned… They Send a product that doesn’t fit like the photo and is sheer when the photo shows it isn’t and then ignore emails so I can’t organize a return. I put a bad review on their site about the product and experience but of course they don’t add it to their site which is why they mysteriously have almost all 5 star reviews for their products.

The dress dimensions were completely inaccurate. The return policy is terrible. It cost more to return.

The long skirt dress was just what I wanted, arrived quickly, and was reasonably priced.

When a company has so many 5 star and 1 star reviews its concerning. I should've known better but went ahead and ordered two dresses. When i got them, they were so long that they hit the floor even with 5-inch heels (I'm 5'3 for reference) the return process would've cost half price of the dresses, so it did not feel worth it. They were only able to refund me $30 for 2 dresses. I won't be a returning customer.

I ordered a dress for a specific day which is October 19! I ordered my dress October 9th and paid a extra $19 for express shipping, Today is October 17, express shipping takes 3-6 days and its’s been 7!

I adore this brand for its excellent fabrics and gorgeous designs. The sizes are just right.

Do not use this site. First they used photos from a name brand site and the jumper I purchased was not at all what was shown on the site. The quality was terrible, cheap and not at all what was pictured.

I was so happy when I found this dress for my friend's graduation party. It's elegant but still fun. The quality is amazing--it seems really well-made!

I ordered a black and lavender dress with flowers in the front.The dress arrived defective and flowers were missing from the front. I have tired to emailed them 4 times for someone contact me so I can return the dress. No one responded back to me. please do not purchase from them. Sheila

The dress was lovely, even though it didn't fit me. The shipping was excellent and timely. Customer service after my order was outstanding.

I ordered a birthday dress, paid for express shipping and to my disappointment the dress was too small. I contacted customer service and they offered me $10.00! The shipping to China would cost more than the dress so now I’m out of $100.00 and a dress that doesn’t fit. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will spread the word not to waste your time. There are plenty of other online shops to purchase from.

I spent almost $200 and did not receive the item. No one is responding and will not gift refund.

Update -It’s been almost two months and still no refund. They said they sent money to my back and still nothing.

Is there anyways to add pictures so I can show the back and forth, and how many times they have ignored me.

Chose this as my third dress for my wedding in New York. The night was amazing, with so many great memories and compliments. Thanks for such a wonderful piece of work!
