Disappointed
Having used the company for a couple of years now and have recently been left disappointed. My order which is due end of December I agreed delivery beginning of January because of the Christmas shut down, no problem with that. Money taken as usual and here we are nearly at the end of January and still no delivery. This is not the first time this has happened. Feeling let down

The website wasn't working but I received a response to an email very quickly and was able to place an order. Fast delivery and my dogs are fit and healthy with the help of this food.

Easy to set up a subscription and quick delivery - can put on hold easily and unpause easily. My dog (Labrador) loves his Sneads Wonderdog food and it gives him a lovely shiny coat.

Poor quality
I've used Sneyds wonderdog for many years and usually buy in bulk for my working dogs. The cost of the food has gone up the last three times I've purchased a supply. The last bulk order I received was totally different from the food I'd had before, there was a lot of dust and sold lumps of something in the bags. The dogs have eaten it but all five have now taken to eating grass all the time. I contacted Sneyds who said they would look into it, I've heard nothing back. For what I paid the standard of the food was very poor. I'm now looking to change to a different supplier.

Upon reviewing our past communications, we identified that the issue was related to the weetsweet and the change in kibble size, which contributed to the dust in the bags. We have since increased the amount of weetsweet applied to the food, and I'm pleased to report that the situation has been resolved.

Failure of order again.
Well this is the second order on the trot with delivery issues. This order was placed 14th June and they said they were waiting for ingredients and it would be delivered midwk. Well after no word or email, as promised by Ryan, I contacted them today, 21st June. I was told it will be middle of next wk before they receive the items needed, and I said I had already had to buy some food from a shop they supply, which shouldnt be happening. So im expected to wait 12 days whilst theyve had the money for the order, why dont they tell you before accepting the order that theres a delay in production? I have today asked them to change my order to something similar, for urgent delivery. Told me they would but ive heard nothing, with no tracking number or when its coming. This shouldnt be happening and im wondering if its down to Hannah leaving and the ordering of stock is failing? I didnt want to write this review but if the service is failing, what else can you do?
As per your reply, I have had NO emails until I questioned where my order was today since last wk, as for your website, I never bother with it, so how am I supposed to see it.
If this is your attitude when you get criticism and I have held back as I couldve posted this after the last failed order when I waited a wk, May I suggest you re employ Hannah, as the system never failed when she was in the chair.
Well its quite clear that the Owner/MD doesnt like the criticism as he started emailing off here late last night, and after he promised to send 4 replacements out urgently to replace my existing order, he hasnt done and so now I have to go and buy the dog food as he also refunded my order in full after I questioned him about the replacements he promised. I told him if he couldnt then to refund and I would go take my business elsewhere, bare in mind this is a order for over £100 every 4 to 5wks, it used to be more but we lost our big gurl recently. see emails below from him.

As per the emails I sent today. There is a clear message on the website stating that we are working on a delay at the moment and products state they are on back order when placing orders. You also get emails notifying you that we are working behind on orders. The majority of customers have been understanding about this delay.
