Emailed the company to see if the panels came as a pair or single,nobody bother to reply.i then placed a order and put 2 in basket that cost me £179,the next I received a call from them about delivery as they couldn’t find my address while on the call I asked how many panels I had ordered and was told 2.i said to the lady on the phone (Jodie) if someone had got back to my email to let me know I wouldn’t of ordered from there for that price,I then proceed to buy 2 more as I need 4 in total,the address problem was sorted and order was on its way.the people who delivered it had been walking all over the box’s which also had holes in the box’s.when opening the boxes the panels was in a film cover and corner protection.the panels have scratch marks and other marks on the 2 corners on 2 panels are damaged.i tryed to cancel the person who I hired to do the job as I was told if I cancel I have to pay him for his time as he would of missed out on getting a job somewhere else for that time.so I had the panels put up and they need paint to get rid of the marks.i have today emailed pictures of the delivery and also the issues with the panels and yet again no reply from Martin who the email went to.about 4:30pm I called the number and Martin answered when I spoke to him about the problems and issues he was not interested 1 bit he told me that they go above and behind on there packaging to stop any damage but yet the corners where damaged even tho it have plastic bits on corners of the panels so that means the panels must of been damaged before the plastic corner protection where put on.if I could put pictures up on here for everyone to see I would but it doesn’t let me

Easy, company did exactly as I asked no hassle

Good service and delivery. A little concerned about damage to packaging but that is down to the courier.

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. The delivery driver was rude and insisted that a heavy item (approx. 100kg) be left on the street, with no assistance. Nowhere was it made clear upfront that customers are expected to collect such items themselves.
To make matters worse, customer service was completely unhelpful. The representative repeatedly insisted “it’s nothing to do with us, we just sell the items,” showing zero understanding that delivery is part of the purchase.

Despite my repeated requests to rearrange delivery, the company chose to cancel my order simply because I sounded unhappy. Customer service showed no understanding of what selling includes and treated my concerns dismissively.
This is shocking, and show a total lack of customer service.
Avoid them

The panels were of really good quality, easy to adjust, and easy to install. It has completely changed the look of my office and has drawn a lot of compliments so definitely would recommend!

The ordering experience was simple and straightforward and the products are received well packaged. Edges of panels are covered with plastic corners and sturdy cardboard.

Flawless service, flawless lighting!

I ordered the 2 × 4-strip LED kit to finish my oak acoustic wall, and Martin’s help genuinely made the experience outstanding. Every question I fired across was answered within minutes, and he even suggested an alternative strip they stock; I’m thrilled he did, because the installed lighting looks stunning when on and is practically invisible when off, which was exactly the seamless finish I was chasing.

Martin then pulled off next-day delivery without fuss, turning what could have been a long winded project into a one-click solution. Top tier products, lightning fast support, and real attention to detail set Wood Panel Co apart; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone chasing quality and care in equal measure.

Excellent wood panels, team in the office helpful and called back when they said they would. Super fast delivery, if they don’t have a “pack” on the website they’ll add it for you, I got panels and the light strip beading without the light strip. Happy with everything that was sent. Also worth noting that the black back wood paneling, the wood is black through it so when you cut it it’s black not wood colour which makes it blend in.

Ordered 3 black panels originally,thought I needed a 4th,got a call to make sure the 4th panel would colour match the exact same as earlier 3,I never thought about colour match. Turns out I never needed that 4th panel after all,The Wood Panel Co. organised uplift of the panel hassle free to myself. I LOVE the panels that are up,easy to install and make such a statement. I will not hesitate to purchase from this company again,friendly and hassle free experience from beginning to end. Thank you for that as I find decorating so stressful and you guys helped take some of that stress away.
