Terrible company, do not communicate, break promises and fail to deliver goods.
Bought and paid in advance a table and chairs. It was promised by the end of June 3 weeks after purchase.
Eventually after several attempts to phone and email eventually told it would be delivered on 31st July.
They do not answer the phone or call you despite leaving them messages to do so. Can not be bothered to call back.
On the 31st the driver phoned an hour after the arranged delivery slot to say he had failed to load the table top but had the legs and 6 chairs however not the chairs we ordered. I told him to take the lot back until the order could properly fulfilled.
He asked me to phone the office to rebook delivery for the following week. However yet again they do not answer or call you back despite leaving messages.
I emailed only when they eventually replied I was told delivery would not be for 3 weeks.
I have contacted the bank and cancelled the order today I received this feedback form asking how they had done.
Shockingly bad I would say, terrible company, complete incompetence, have cost us time money and distress. Had to cancel arrangements as could not seat guests.
I only gave 1 star as this is the lowest you can put on this site otherwise it would be ZERO.
Still have not had the goods or a date and no communication.
I would not recommend these people and would advise anyone to stay well clear

Product and service very good but found out on day of delivery that they didn’t take the cardboard away which should be standard procedure.

Having trouble getting them to respond to arrange a delivery for our order placed at the Ideal Home back in March !
They seemed at great team at the show
All calls and emails have been ignored
Would think twice about parting with your money to this company
Looking to refer this to Legal Team

No problem ordering and getting the items delivered. Up to that point customer service was good, one of the chairs delivered has a slightly short leg , there fore it wobbles . To date customer service has replied to me

I paid for my furniture last September, but only received full order in July thus year.

I get that shipping is sometimes impacted out of your control, but keeping the customer informed without them needing to chase every time is good

very well made, delivered with care and assembled. Nice delivery staff, very polite, took great care with the furniture and with getting it into my house

Excellent service throughout. Always responsive when we had questions and delivery was on time and down well. The assembly process by the delivery guy was superb and he took time to ensure that we were happy and understood how to care for the dining table. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Such a shame to be giving 1star, we met Vas in the bath and west show brought a dining room table and chairs, we asked for delivery to be held because we were moving but know we have moved, no answer to emails, no answer to phone calls and messages, or Instagram messages,yet the the table and chairs are paid for in full. Luckily I paid on my creditcard so I will go to them to get refund back if I don't get a reply and delivery
soon. From looking at the reviews on here their communication needs work. I just want what I paid for!!!

Show sales service great, keeping in touch between order and delivery not so good, delivery on time, assembly very good, after sales awful!!!!

Still not received our chairs ordered on 22nd March @ Ideal Home show, poor customer service as do not answer the phone or reply to emails!
Was told would be delivered in 6 - 8 weeks from order date still waiting 17 weeks later!

I have been waiting for three months for my furniture...ordered chairs on the 7th April 2024 and am still waiting for delivery. I wouldn't mind but I have had no communication, no calls answered and one email answered to state I would get delivery at the end of May (I didn't).
I am slightly comforted by the fact that my experience is not unique.

Delivery on time. Chap was lovely. Put table together really quickly. Table is absolutely beautiful. Exactly like the one at Cornwall home and garden show.

Should definitely review the ‘we don’t take away the rubbish as there is loads of the stuff - it should be unpacked into one box and taken away
But the table and chairs are great and am pleased with them

It was the worst experience of buying furniture. We paid them in full, every time there are a lot of excuses not to send the purchased items.Vaz, changed his words many times, yet we are waiting to receive our items. When they are busy, they do not care what promises they have made. I don’t know what they will reply to this review, I can guess it would be another excuse. I have all of my correspondence to send anyone who wants to buy from this company,

What was really good was that they kept our table for 2 years for us, as we were doing a new build and we had time problems. For which we are very grateful.
What was disconcerting, was that when it came to the time of requesting delivery we got no answer from either website for a few weeks. The telephone numbers were never answered either, which leads people to comment on the fact that they think this is a bogus company. I had to do a lot of tracking down, and suddenly I had an email, the delivery was made on the day scheduled and all was well.
The table is really lovely.
I did comment to them that they could do with a junior answering the emails and calls so that people are not left thinking their purchases have disappeared into thin air.
When I received their mobile I was responded to pretty much immediately by Vas. And from then on the customer service was excellent.

From initial discussion and purchase at Ideal Exhibition to delivery could not praise Vaz and his team highly enough.Delivered when they said they would and unpacked by two helpful guys.
Really pleased with the quality of the settee andbenches..replaced old rattan and there is no comparison with looks or feel …bonus that material used is waterproof so no need to keep taking cushions in to avoid rain…great idea that you can use the table in two ositions…a low height large coffee table or a higher dining table .Would definitely recommend the quality and service …if Ocould tate them higher I would ……now all we need is some sunshine to enjoy
