Word Tune is a scam
Word Tune is a scam! It is impossible to cancel your subscription. They pretend that canceling is easy, but in
fact there is no way that I can find to do this. I disputed their $83 charge with my credit card company, but somewhere there is an agreement that they can automatically renew my subscription. My credit card company declined my dispute. Still, I have tried multiple times to cancel. They claim there is a "Profile" message when I log on to Wordtune.com
There is no such icon anywhere on the page. I cannot find "Account" or Manage Account as they claim.
As a writer you would be prudent to go to Grammarly or some other AI assistant as once this company captures you, you're stuck in their grasp and will not easily (if at all) escape.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Wordtune, especially for my university coursework—it’s been very helpful in improving my writing.
I also want to highlight their excellent customer support. I accidentally subscribed to the yearly plan and was charged $120, but after reaching out, their team responded with kindness and quickly issued a full refund without any hassle.

Great Customer Service
i had forgotten to cancel a subscription before the renewal date and the payment went through. It clearly states no refunds. I explained the situation to the Nikki and she was quick to help me out. I enjoyed using the service as it made writing so much easier and gives you so many different options on how make yourself sound smart, cuz if I'm honest, writing papers isn't a strength I posses. I will resume my service with them once I go back to school in the future.

I love this app, I’ve been using it since 2022 but switched to the app version which is more suitable for me. Wordtune offers so many good rewrites that I can choose from, and I’m honestly just so grateful for this app every day. I’ve tried other AI platforms but they just don’t compare.
