After 22 years within a toxic work environment, I decided to finally place myself in the job market. By the grace of God, I came across Sho’s website and got the necessary tools to properly market myself. I got an amazing job offer! Exceeding my salary requirements plus with additional perks. I credit Sho’s insightful wisdom, tips and content. Trust the process… Avoid the red flags he has mentioned during interview process and/in current job. Follow him for the proper guidance on a future new endeavor!

I’d say Sho is one of the best career coaches out there right now. Not only is he super genuine and personable, but by bringing in his experience in recruitment, he creates content that provides real and honest insight into what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for!

I’m currently in the interview phase of some amazing tech and fintech companies (all within a short amount of time) and I would never have imagined getting this far if it weren’t for his online workshops and daily content. Sho is a genuine career coach who provides doable tips and advice to help you land your dream role!! So far, my experience working with Sho has been great and the advice he’s provided for my interview prep has really made a difference.

I wasn’t very confident heading into my previous job hunt cycle, but I was following Workhap’s instagram and started listening to Sho’s (free!) advice. I began with some cold outreaches using his recommended template and started getting interviews. I followed his advice on how to word my responses and had a couple of rounds of interviews with multiple companies. After getting into final rounds with some companies, I finished with Sho’s advice on negotiations and ended with with a 15% increase in my salary!! Sho is not just a career coach to me, but also someone who I can comfortably name as a peer/ friend. I have received several private sessions with Sho when I was most frustrated and discouraged due to my job a couple of years back. His advice helped me to realize the strengths that I should uphold, and accept the changes that I shall make to help myself, which eventually it was a relief to me.

I then also enrolled to his career modules group about a year later to refresh all my learnings and utilized that as an opportunity to identify my passions and what matters to me the most for life and work.
