Dear Jeanette,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and I am sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive.
I can confirm that your items were dispatched from our warehouse within the expected lead time. Unfortunately, delivery by Royal Mail took four days rather than the two days anticipated, and we apologise for this delay.
I am pleased that your order has now been safely delivered and hope that we have the opportunity to provide you with a faster delivery service with your next order.
Kind regards,
Victor

Excellent quality jacket which I bought for dog walking in the wet and windy Lake District and it keeps me warm and dry.
I normally get a size 12-14 womens size so bought a medium as this is a mens jacket as couldn't find anything comparable in a women's cut; a medium fits fine over hips, with room for a wooly jumper come winter. The side ventilation zips were also a great feature. Very pleased with this purchase!

Nowhere near quick delivery
Placed an order on 13th of September, on the 21st I still hadn't had a dispatch email or any tracking info at all, I emailed them but then decided to call as well, they couldn't find my order by my order no, I then gave them my details, they'd found my order but still hadn't been dispatched, I was told they would dispatch within 24 hours and I'd have my order by the middle of the week, then on 22nd over 24 hours later I received an email to state they would try to dispatch my order within 1-3 days, I emailed back to say someone had told me it would have been dispatched already, no reply at all, 24th I received yet another email to say my order should be delivered on 26th, I only ordered with this company because they offered quick delivery, it's taken weeks, let's hope they actually show up!

Dear Kashana,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the considerable delay with your order. Unfortunately, due to a high volume of seasonal demand, our usual dispatch times have been affected, and we are very sorry that your order was impacted.
We also appreciate that communication during this period has not been as prompt as we would normally expect, and we apologise for the additional frustration this has caused.
I am pleased to confirm that your parcel is now with Royal Mail and is currently scheduled for delivery tomorrow, 26th September.
We hope your parcel arrives safely tomorrow and that you are pleased with your new workwear.
Kind regards,
Victor
