Mild spark proof overalls.
I’m sure I wrote the review, still sometimes reviews are lost. These overalls are great. I shaln’t encourage firework, but in case of jeopardy I’m sure of some retardance.

Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process, but delivery took longer than usual for purchases these days. Also the lack of variable leg lengths in the waterproof trousers presented a problem - needs a better selection of sizes

Dear Craig,
Thank you for your review.
We are really sorry that your delivery took longer than originally anticipated.
Unfortunately, the shipment containing your items took longer than expected to arrive from the manufacturer, which delayed the dispatch of your order.
I can confirm that once dispatched, the items were delivered to you within 48 hours.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Kind regards,
Victor

Quick delivery initially
Quick delivery initially, but abysmal customer service and damaged goods I recently ordered 11 body warmers and 11 polo shirts for my staff. To be fair, the delivery arrived quite quickly. However, upon inspection, one of the body warmers had two holes in the collar.
I contacted customer service and sent photos of the damage. They quickly promised to send a replacement item. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them. It has now been three weeks, and despite following up with two emails, they are completely ignoring me.
What makes this doubly disappointing is that if they had simply responded and resolved this issue, I actually planned to order quite a lot more items from them. Instead, because of this lack of accountability and poor customer service, I am now forced to look for a new supplier for my company uniforms. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable workwear.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
I am pleased to hear that your initial order arrived quickly, although I am very sorry about the damaged body warmer and the delay in getting this resolved for you.
I appreciate your frustration after you were initially advised that a replacement would be sent and then had to contact us again for an update.
I can see that a refund for the affected body warmer has now been processed for you to provide a quick resolution.
Your feedback regarding the communication you received has also been passed to the relevant team for review.
I am sorry that your experience has been disappointing, and thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Tylah
