Ordered it, paid. Then got message saying it would be a month. out of stock. Loads of coms when it was coming, but not helpful as had to go elsewhere in the meantime. The staff do like these items though, now they have arrived

Sizes are very out
Sizes are very out. Try to return them but their website, despite e-mailing me daily said i didnt have an account and they had no record of my e-mail address on tge files. Try twice to contact their customer service dept. Went through the contact process filled in their online contact request. Still waiting for a reply.

I have ordered new trousers as an…
I have ordered new trousers as an exchange and only came to know they are experiencing delays after emailing them where my order was. If you were expecting delays then you should make your customers aware who will understand your predicament a bit more than having no response whatsoever. I have paid for the postage so you saying you will send it as priority postage makes no sense as my trousers have been delayed far more than necessary and no communication apart from when I emailed you asking about it. Poor service!
