Dear Helen,
Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you found the ordering process straightforward, although we are sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery time and our returns policy.
We would like to clarify that the items you ordered were advertised with a dispatch time of up to four working days.
Your order was placed on 22 August, dispatched on 26 August and delivered the following day, 27 August. The order was therefore dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product listing, and we are sorry that you found this lead time slow.
With regard to returns, please note we do accept unsuitable items in accordance with our returns policy, although the cost of returning an unsuitable item is the customer's responsibility.
We appreciate that you would have preferred a quicker delivery and free return postage, and we are sorry that these aspects of our service did not meet your expectations.
Kind regards,
Victor

Site workwear trousers
This is second purchase of this brand/style of workwear as the material is light and stretches..i am plus size so it can be diffucult to find comfy site trousers..My only moan is they dont do a short/regular version for 29/30 inch leg so ive had to pay for them to be turned up...A+ for comfort and durability...delivery was a bit slow compared to Amazon etc but otherwise good.

Good quality, delivered quickly at a great price.
Had been looking for new trousers due to old ones being worn and torn.. they needed to go.. came across Workwear and saw the prices were great so I thought I'd give them a shot... quick delivery and decent quality items made the experience great... I'll be buying more!!
My only regret is not searching further to find cargo trousers that have a patch pocket on each leg... my choice, but the ones I did choose have one pocket on left leg.... even the right leg would have been better for me... one toolook out foron next purchase.

Very positive experience
My whole experience was positive from the use of the website to completing the order, and prompt delivery.
The product itself was ideal. Nice to have a ladies work shoe. But could do with a wide fit. The description and size were accurate.
