I ordered goods 16 days ago and no site of delivery. I was emailed on 3 days after purchase to say the order was on its way and then nothing.

I ordered 18 packs of a lemon curd spread to use in my business and received them all. They will expire in 2 months!!

Bloody theives!! I ordered and paid for delivery too 2kgs Millet flour received this today and saw the expiry date is for 25th of this month!!
Never order from here again!!!

Ordered twice from this website first time in December, when my tracking wasn’t updated two weeks later I contacted them and they said it has got ‘lost in transit’ even though it had never been handed over to Royal Mail. Thought I would try again in January same thing happened and parcel was ‘lost in transit’ again I contacted Royal Mail and once again they never handed the parcel over to Royal Mail. I’m assuming because they were heavy products they would have been expensive to ship and as to why this happened to me twice and by the time their ‘customer service’ responded back the product was out of stock both times surprise surprise! But I’ve learnt my lesson and not waste my time with them again in the future.

I received my goods, two tins of chestnut purée, to be precise, a few days late. They were delivered by Amazon, which surprised me, but I didn’t question it. When the tins arrived, they were not only packaged in an envelope wherein the bubble wrap was totally flat but the tins were completely beaten up, massively dented and damaged. It was as if they’d been literally kicked around.
When I contacted customer services, providing them with photographs as evidence, they were apologetic and refunded me as quickly as they could

Items didn't arrive!

I ordered some ingredients for a special recipe and paid for express delivery leaving plenty of time. The package arrived late and I had to buy a pre-made version of the recipe at the last minute. I am left with other ingredients unused and with short shelf life that will now go to waste. After some to-ing and fro-ing their final answer is that it's Amazon logistics' fault and they've refunded the difference between normal and express shipping.
Not really good enough. Sorry! There's plenty of other places I can buy this stuff, including Amazon.
