Shocking customer Svc and lack of response
A couple of things;
1. Paid for next day delivery and it never arrived until 2 days later. Was told they would refund the postage. Im still waiting for it!
2. Ordered a sample which I liked, so ordered 2 rolls of it. Decorator got halfway through the job when I noticed that the colour didn't seem right! I compared it to the sample and it's completely different shade!.
Complained to customer services, they told me to return the wallpaper!!! Are they stupid! How can I return the wallpaper when half of it is on the walls!. I sent them photos of the sample against the actual wallpaper so they can clearly see the difference. Been chasing for a response a few times and still waiting!!!
Shocking customer service
*****26Feb2026 - In response to their reply to this negative feedback, I DID contact your customer service department several times only for them to deny any responsibility of this and no resolution or compensation. Therefore this 1 star review still stands and if I could make it ZERO stars I would.
Just to add, it wasn't just a "Slight" change in colour and was a big change in colour/tone

Not if you want it quick
Delivery service and communication horrendous. Next day, 3 day or 5 day delivery doesn't exist, you'll get it when it arrives. Once they have your money they don't care.

Damaged paper due to inane packaging
Paper delivered almost a whole week late and when it did arrive,some idiot decided that jamming a decorating packet,roller,brushes ect in a box that was too small along with 6 large rolls of textured paper was a good idea, completely destroying 2 rolls by indenting them. They want me to pay for the return before they replace even though I sent pictures of the destroyed rolls. They are obviously very stupid and in need of some common sense. Save yourself the stress of dealing with idiots and buy somewhere else, this crowd are useless cowboys, avoid if you have the sense that they most definitely do not!!! I'm getting my replacement paper now from Amazon, where it is cheaper and if there are issues with delivery it will be solved instead of robbed by morons. I wish I could upload a picture to show how they packed the box, stupid doesn't quite cover it. EDIT: You have responded with lies, I recieved an email with a return address and a paragraph that says it is to be done at the customer's own cost. I would attach the picture if I had the option.EDIT 2: I have now finally been sent a QR code for return. Thanks I guess.
