The ordering process, from samples to the full rolls was perfect, very easy.
The actual wallpaper is beautiful, looks just like the website photo. It was easy to hang and looks incredible. This is my second time using this business and I would definitely recommend

Ordered wallpaper last week received e mail saying my item would be delivered Friday but unfortunately it never arrived then received e mail saying delivery today Saturday then I received an e mail saying order been delivered but it certainly was not delivered to my address I received a photo of a guy holding wallpaper box so then had to try and work out where he left my parcel I eventually tracked it down over 2 miles from my house so I must say I am not very impressed with the delivery service I have ordered paper from world of wallpaper before and had no issues what so ever so maybe rethink the delivery service you use the wallpaper it’s self is just perfect and looks even better than the photo on website so very pleased with it overall but feel pretty mad it was not delivered to my house despite having my full address plus postcode it was just luck on my side that I was able to find it

Disappointing finish
Prompt service. Easy to hang wallpaper. Paste the wall so much less messy. Colour nice.
However, wallpaper shrank when dry. Colour inconsistencies. Seams show making wall look streaky.

I first ordered a sample, decent sized sample was received and came with a 10% discount code.
Brilliant customer service - my choice was out of stock when I ordered the rolls but they kept me up to date with when it would be back in stock. As soon as it was in stock they shipped it straight out to me.
Brilliant quality wallpaper, hangs so well and looks beautiful. Will always order from them in future 😊
