I’ve booked three or four cruises with Eddie at worldwide cruises now and he always gets back to me promptly and tailors to my cruising needs -always an excellent service

Kept us Informed of everything going on , even notified me when an upgrade offers was on , which I took straight away , both hotels where in great locations, flight times , also rearranged train to flight

Our Agent Eddie of Worldwide Cruises organised a complete package of flights, transfers,hotels and cruise ship. The paperwork was accurate, efficient and recommended hotels well positioned and of high quality, both in standards and performance. During the 14 day trip we had cause to query some transfer arrangements that were immediately responded to and sorted out by Eddie.
Using Worldwide Cruises took the hastle and worry making for a smooth vacation. This is the third time we have used Worldwide Cruises and highly recommend them.

We were looking for a cruise online and came across worldwide Cruses and decided to give it a try. I submitted a request for a quote re a cruise and I was contacted straight away by the Company, especially Neil, the Cruise Consultant. Neil was very helpful and very responsive and eventually, we decided to book a cruise with the Company. As our cruise is next year, we will find out how is the cruise by then. Eddie was very patient, providing separate quotes from different airports with us both meeting for 2nd flight in Doha. He made everything so easy and we will defo be booking for 2027 with him after this cruise

Given that we were delighted with the way Eddie handled our many requests last year which helped us enjoy a fantastic trip to Mauritius and South Africa, he was our first choice when we decided to book a cruise from Japan. He has not disappointed us. His attention to detail cannot be faulted.

We booked another holiday with Mo and once again he delivered. Tailoring the holiday to suit our needs with stopovers before and after the cruise, and giving great advice regarding transfers. His dedication and knowledge set him apart from other faceless companies and I have recommended him to several fellow travellers who have paid way over the odds for an inferior package from other suppliers. We would not hesitate to use Worldwide Cruises in the future soley down to Mo's excellent customer service and personalised approach.

Gary was so helpful, explaining each phase of the booking process. He has been exceptionally patient with all the questions I had.
Our cruise is now booked and the countdown has started.
The overall process was made very simple.
