Nikki at Panache went above and beyond on a Sunday when our luggage got left behind when we had flight delays and disruptions, she made calls and helped to get our bags on a direct flight that made it to us right before we boarded the cruise. She was also very responsive and helpful to work with overall! We got a great rate on our cruise and would work with Panache again!

I have used Nicole Barrett at Panache as my cruise connoisseur for four cruises and they have been organised brilliantly, she really does go the extra mile for her clients. She is helpful and professional and extremely knowledgeable about the cruise companies. Highly recommend.

It is SO easy to actually speak to a human being at Panache. Not just when it comes to the initial booking, but importantly after that as your departure date approaches.
That is a very important attribute, but it can't be said for many of the other Cruise Agents.
Our normal contact was not working when we called, but Nicola quickly understood our requests and very efficiently was able to lead us to the booking.

I cannot fault my consultant Wendy Mulholland, she has been superb in helping me decide on the cruise I wanted to book for 2028. She responded really quickly, even when she was not in the office she came back to me quickly on the many questions that I put to her and always with a smile. She was very thorough and offered guidance whenever I needed it. The booking process was smooth and easy and I am now looking forward to my cruise holiday knowing that she will be there if I need anything before and during the holiday. We have used Panache once before and I was very impressed so they were the first ones I got in touch with this time to book our 2028 cruise. 5 star service and I highly recommend them.

We have booked our cruises with Nicole Barrett at Panache for several years now. The company have a friendly staff who are always willing to help. Nicole in particular is our go to cruise connoisseur, she is excellent at listening to what we are looking for and she gives her expert advice, she tells us honestly if she feels the cruise/cruise line will be a good fit for us. Nothing is too much trouble. We like to fly from Birmingham airport if we can but most cruises tend to have flights to/from Heathrow, but Nicole will go the extra mile to try and accommodate us with Birmingham flights. She is very patient in answering all our questions. Unlike other travel agents if I ring and she is not available she will ring me back usually within minutes. We would most definitely recommend Panache Cruises and in particular Nicole.
