Heard about Panache Cruises via forums, where participants recommended them highly.
Our experience so far has been exceptional: I registered an interest for a specific cruise that showed sold out on the company's website. I was told that they’d keep an eye out in case things changed. I had little faith anything would come of it, yet against all hopes I was contacted today, as an opening had cropped up, and Nicola was quick to let me know, on a Sunday no less, so I’m now booked, and very happy 🤗

I asked Karen from Panache to prepare me a quotation for a couple of cruise lines, together with flights, transfers and a pre-cruise stopover. She was very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to my phone calls and emails and sorting out the subsequent booking at a very fair price. She said in her email that nothing is too much trouble and I think that sums the service up well.

Nicola has been great. We have never been on an ocean cruise so were very nervous and confused by the choice available. Nicola gave us advice on cabin positions and many other areas.

We have used Panache several times and have always experienced great customer service.

On this occasion, our agent, Louise Barlow, was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable, offering advice and tips, she was patient, as we changed our itinerary several times, and was always contactable.

I would have no hesitation recommending Panache and look forward to using them again, in the near future.

Good, clear advice and ease of booking

From the first contact with Kelsey to after we got home, the customer service was outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, Panache really do go that extra mile.
I also added a luxury package to our cruise as it was my husbands birthday, Kelsey arranged all this and managed to keep it a secret from my husband ! Thank you Kelsey, you’re a credit to Panache Cruises.

Panache are very competitive on price with excellent customer service. Jill, our cruise specialist, booked our whole package including cruise, flights and hotels in Istanbul and Athens.
She was very helpful and responded to queries thoroughly and quickly. I would recommend Panache and in particular Jill.

We have booked 2 cruises with this company.
I am not impressed with the latest booking service! The agent was not knowledgeable about Explora OBC or any credits. The overall impression was that they only want the commission from the cruise company and not about looking after the customer.

Nicola was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. She made the booking experience very easy and straightforward. I would use Panache again
