This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie.
