Don’t buy anything from this company. Despite 4 phone calls they just won’t refund a returned item, hiding behind a “change in software”. Wonder if they’re in administration.

I have been refunded the wrong amount for two returned items. It is proving unreasonably difficult to get this investigated and resolved. I have sent them the information they asked for, but it’s silence from their end. They are not exactly hurrying to sort the problem. Lacklustre inaudible customer service assistant on the phone. I really would have expected better from this company.

Ordered 2 T shirts, only one arrived with notification that the second would be delivered in 10 days time. Later received notification that this item was no longer available but I had not been charged. In fact, the second T shirt shows as a credit on my account but I had been charged the full delivery charge. So 1 T shirt ended up costing me £75 ! I have had email contact but they have not come back to me apart from 1 email saying their team were looking into it and would be in touch which was last Tuesday but so far, have heard nothing.

The items on the "SALE" site have articles I have NEVER seen in the catalogues and are not at all WRAP style--ie crocheted borders and the like. Their real items I have seen in their catalogs are NEVER on sale. Many of their items are always on back order which tells me they are made when ordered one piece at the time thus there are no sale items. That probably also explains the very high prices,

I have had some lovely items from Wrap this year, in particular the khaki cotton jacquard tiered dress which is well made, cool and comfortable. Great service too by Wrap.

I recently placed an order with Wrap London, which arrived late and without any order confirmation or estimated delivery date. I had to return it as the item was too small. A replacement was ordered, again no order confirmation was received. 10 tens later, I logged in to my account and found that the top was "on back order". When I contacted Wrap London they still did not advise me when the item was likely to be back in stock, contravening the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Last year I`ve bought trousers of full linon. I not often have weared them and now there is a very big hole because the material is too thin. I`m very disappointed!

STOP SENDING ME YOUR CATALOGUES.Iam not interested and never signed up for them

The dress I bought is made of heavy poor quality & coarse cotton which is too hot to wear in summer and pattern very unsuitable for autumn or winter
No pockets , no zip to allow putting it on easily
For over £200 is an awful buy
I won’t go to Wrap again

I think the customer service and the clothes of both Poetry and Wrap are excellent.
The returns are also dealt with promptly and completely free.
I Thoroughly recommend.

A happy customer! I look for quality and am prepared to pay for it. Quite frankly, in terms of quality, the dress I have just received is worth every penny. I say this before I have tested it in the washing machine but I’m pretty confident by the feel and thickness of the cotton that it will live up to my expectations. If it does then I’ll be adding Wrap to my trusted list of regular seasonal ‘go to’ shops.

I have purchased three dresses from Wrap London over a period of two and a. half years. All three dresses are of exceptional quality with truly fabulous fabric. I am truly puzzled by the negative reviews--some of which appear to be about unwanted catalogs. I get compliments on my dresses and I am planning to buy more as time goes on. From my three time experience, Wrap London appears to be a first rate company that really cares about quality.

I've been a long term Wrap Customer and wanted to write this review to counteract some of the other negative reviews which seem very aggressive and unwarranted. This is a UK company that is selling clothes made from natural fabrics, designed and made by people who are treated well (the company is FairWear accredited). As one of the other reviewers noted, if you want quality products, there is a cost associated with that. And all those people enraged about receiving a catalogue - perhaps direct that energy into something that really matters, like human rights abuse. All that aside, I love Wrap London clothes because they are great quality, beautifully designed and different from high-street mass produced fashion.

If you want quality natural materials then please remember you have to pay for the producing, the harvesting, the processing, the manufacturing and the assembling and EVERY skilled worker involved at every individual stage has to be paid a fair wage and every animal (for animal products) has to be provided good care for their life or you're benefiting from exploitation. So if you want cheap, tell us exactly which part of the process the cost you're saving should be made up from🙄 the synthetic flood has caused quality natural materials to be more of a luxury so more expensive and harder to ethically source, and it is not the fault of medium luxury smaller fashion brands. The less you support their natural products, the more they will be forced to resort to synthetics to make up the shortfall.

That aside, I ordered a cotton/silk scarf after being pleased with my Poetry orders. My neck is very sensitive for some reason, I get rashes from scarves easily if they're low quality, but it looked and felt beautiful. I'm in the UK and my order came quickly with no issues.

Some models are extremely beautiful like velvet silk top and blue dress with embroidery, but it is too expensive. I bought the blue dress which is stunning style like medieval, but the quality of the material is not so good. I want buy the marvellous velvet top, but more than a 200 pounds is absolutely unreasonable.

Just got the latest Wrap catalogue = great. Only white models = not great.

The new Website is really poor (probably trying it on the cheap) You can not submit a simple request without dancing around to find this, this, that and the other information. Same if you want to review; seems impossible until they request it. So, they miss iut on goid reviews, waste your time andcharge huge profit on most of their clothes. I just gave up this time and returning my goods. The one good thing they still do is to provide a postage paid returns label, and be prepared to return as you'll find basic cotton items and cheaply made jewellery charged at 2 or 3 times the real value. What they rarely tell you is that, if you see an item suddenly reduced in the sale, you can request a refund on the difference. Another money hungry Company!

Excellent customer service by a real human and genuine desire to please. Beautiful clothes. Delivery charge could be waived considering the price point but reasonable all the same.

I checked the catalog and have to say that their products are nothing special and overpriced.

I know nothing about this company they are sending me a catalogue what a waste not my style or taste. In this day and age with such concern for waste it is just ridiculous.
