Wrekin installed a mains water softener and a filter for the untreated drinking water a few years ago. It's all been working perfectly and they've been very good at keeping us up to date with consumables. The water softener recently stopped working as well as it should and they were brilliant with advice over the phone and links to helpful videos by email. When it was obviously a part that had failed they collected it promptly, serviced and tested it then returned it all within a few days and at a sensible price too. Absolutely the kind of service you hope for. Highly recommended

I have a counter top gravity water filter, it is superb, remove all the pollution for the UK tap water, after a year you should see the crap on the filter it stopped, I change mine every 9 months, free next day delivery great packaging friendly helpfull company, highly recommended, save your health, get a water filter do not trust mains water.

Bought one of their products recently and had it past its return policy. Went to install it and it became damaged accidently. Contacted the team and one of their representatives immediately arranged for a replacement. I missed her call to inform me of it, but she did drop me a voicemail letting me know,so thank for that and my replacement water filter. It looks great

what an amazing company to deal with. had a water softener installed in my home. From start to finish I was kept up to date. Had a very pleasant call giving me plenty of information. then a professional site visit to confirm any layout issues and then the installation. which was done and dusted in just a couple of hours. Since then my family has straight away started to feel the benefits of the Water Softener. Could not recommend this company more highly. Thank you for your outstanding service.

My experience with Wrekin has been excellent to date. The order was fulfilled quickly, the product arrived with clear setup instructions, and so far I've been enjoyed excellent filtration. You get the sense that Wrekin have a real passion for their business also - something of real value in a world populated by corporate behemoths. Many thanks to Craig for an instant solution to rectify my error when re-installing my Eco10 softener. I inadvertently left the bypass valve in the 'on' position, which prevented the softener from performing as anticipated. A master class in how customer support really works to perfection !

I had a problem with my Harveys water softener. Harveys would not give support over the phone but required me to get involved with an expensive repair call-out. I described the problem to Wrekin who diagnosed the problem and sold me the parts needed to repair the softener. Well done wrekin, would recommend and use again for parts and possible new equipment.

My water softener stopped working, I contacted the company and Emma replied with very concise instructions on clearing a blocked jet.
All is now working perfectly

This company knows what customer service means. I’ve had nothing but superior customer services since purchasing my water softener. I recently had some building work done and they move the water softener and broke a small part on the circuit board. I sent a picture and got a call the next day to tell me exactly what it was, and how to order the spare part and install it. A+ plus for service.

I bought a softener from Wrekin Water in 2014. When, in 2023, I thought I had a problem with it, I couldn't find the manual so called expecting to be given a link. Instead, Paul very kindly spent 30 minutes on the phone talking me through checks and recalibration (which turned out to be the problem). What outstanding customer service, nine years after purchase. I ordered a Kinetico Water cartridge from Wrekin Water last week and am very impressed with the service provided. I placed the order with Gemma who was very helpful. The ordering was hassle free and easy and the item arrived the next day. It was also competitively priced. Perfect efficient friendly service. This company is customer focused which is rare these days. I would highly recommend Wrekin Water.

I had to order a new filter last week & mentioned I was moving, so would need to let the buyer know how it worked etc. The lovely young lady said she would send some instructions with the filter, arrived next day with a whole lot of information to pass onto our buyer.
