DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
So upset! They said 6 to 9 days for shipping
That was a lie! So I contacted to pay extra to ensure it would arrive on time, they asked me to pay and extra $7 on top of the already $13 I paid for shipping only to find out they never changed the shipping order so now it's not going to arrive on time. Customer service is terrible! I want a refund and I'm angry you guys told me something that wasn't true. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE it's not worth the money or the time. You're just going to get ripped off.

They would've received 5 stars had we gotten the correct dress, however, I gave them 4 because they did remedy the situation and got me the right dress on time. They even let us keep the dress that was shipped incorrectly. The customer service dealt with my misfortune and all is well!

If I could give them a 0 I would, DO NOT TRUST, they are a scam. I ordered my homecoming dress from them and later found out it was a scam so when I tried to cancel my order they wouldn't respond to any of my emails and the phone number on there website is fake. I called it and a lady answered and asked who was I.

So, I ordered a dress for a wedding, not realizing they were shipping internationally, my fault, but I am having a hard time with luvyle and a month long "expedited shipping process" so I really didn't want to deal with it. So anyway when I tried to cancel the order(the same day) they gave me a really hard time with "why do you wanna cancel?" "You can pay for more shipping if you want it sooner?" and tried to make me pay a cancellation fee the more I insisted that I didn't want their merchandise and that I just wanted my money back. Of course I was rude (probably didn't need to be they only work there but I was irritated) in my last email after that and finally they were like ok you can have a refund and they told me to wait like 3 days for it to process. Well, they never refunded me, so like a week or so later I opened a dispute on paypal, only then did I get the refund. I have no idea the quality of the garment originally purchased, but the ordeal alone was enough to make me just take my buisness elsewhere indefinitley. I gave an extra star because after the headache I did actually get my money back, which is more than I can say for other websites.

I received my dress in a timely manner, but one of the straps was not sewn on and the skirt was way too big versus the top so it has to be taken in. The reasonable price helped and so did the easy sewing fixes. Better to have to take in than it be too tight!

I spent almost $100 on wsdear. Paid extra shipping fee for expedited shipping. I didn't receive my order in time. I am disappointed about the delivery. Nobody tell me the arrival time. Let's talk about the items i ordered. One swimsuit, 4 dresses. I kept 4 of them. One of the dress didn't fit. It is way too small. It is unwearable. I gave it to my friend. She looks pretty on the white dress. I am very satisfied with the swimsuit. Both the quality and color is perfect. Generally speaking, i love the items but I am disappointed with the shipping.

I love my swimsuits they are exactly like I expected! Thanks so much. I got burned by other company horrible false advertising. So I was very anxious . Anyway thank you for delivery quality products I can really enjoy. Thank your staff for me!

Do not order here. How do I know? I made the mistake already. I spent $88 on three dresses, one skirt and one shirt. After my order showed up in a month, I had two of the three dresses, no skirt and a shirt. The first dress that I received (LOOKING NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO) it was transparent, wrinkly, made of the cheapest material I have ever felt and was not the length of a dress at all, but a shirt. The second dress must have been made out of a table cloth (no, I'm serious.) It was also, transparent, shapeless and ugly. It didn't even resemble the one on the website. My husband actually laughed at that one. The skirt, although also cheaply made, was too large (I ordered the smallest size they had) and the zipper was broken. The only acceptable item was the tube top.

I contacted them and let them know two of my items, (one was the most expensive item of them all) did not show up. I also said the other merchandise was seriously flawed and that they are scamming people.

My sister, a fashion designer, recognized one of my items on another store and realized that most of their stock is actually a cheap replica of other fashion designers (BUT THEY USE THE PHOTOS FROM MODELS OF OTHER SITES, WEARING THE GOOD CLOTHES!). They at first tried to tell me, no, only one of your items didn't ship. Um, hello, if that was the case 1) Why did you charge me? and 2) Why would I make up that I didn't get two items? I informed them not to even send the other items and that I wanted to be refunded. I asked how to send the rest of the crap back. Well, apparently, it costs more to send the items back than they were worth.

Needless to say, PayPal got involved. I opened a dispute, and WSDear tried, once again, to manipulate me. They offered me an immediate refund of the items i never received, as well as a measly $10 for the crap that I didn't want to pay to send back. They said they would be unable to refund me until the dispute was closed by me. I nearly accepted, but my gut told me to call PayPal. When I called them, the PayPal rep freaked out and said that I should leave the dispute open because once it is closed it can never be opened again and they were just trying to keep me from appealing after they didn't give me the money. Thank God I called. In the meantime, I will be waiting out this mess until the money is back in my bank. Please ladies, stay away.

Also, pay attention the the grammar on the "positive" reviews. Hint, hint.

I ordered a white dress at a very cheap price from wsdear.com. The dress looks great and the material is very soft. However,they sent me the wrong size. I ordered M size but got L size. Luckily, the L size fits well. I think i will be more careful on the size next time.

I have placed an order on wsdear about two weeks now. That's my first time to buy from them. I got a tracking number but can't track it on UPS. I asked the customer service team and finally i knew i tracked on the wrong website. I should track it on usps.com..... I got the parcel today. They left the package in front of my house. Not satisfied with that. I appreciate the fast delivery since i chose free shipping. The clothes are so cute. Will buy from wsdear again soon

I purchased twice from wsdear. I was very happy wtih what i received. Customer service is really helpful. You need to be careful with choosing the size. You have to make sure that you aggressively match your measurements or you will end up with items in the wrong size.

I wish I could leave zero (0) stars. I ordered a Hepburn style swing dress on March 10, 2017 from wsdear.com. On March 14, 2017, I received an email stating that the dress that I had ordered was not available and that I needed to choose another dress. They suggested a dress that was too low cut in the front. I told them no, I wanted another swing dress in the color beige. Which was a bit cheaper. They offered to give me the cheaper dress with express shipping so that they wouldn't have to refund the difference between the dresses... so I agreed. I received the dress on March 28, 2017. It is horrible, made with cheap materials and looks nothing like the dress pictured on their website. The dress I ordered was beige with sequins. The dress I received was an inappropriately sheer PEACH colored dress with no sequins. I even put the dress on and had my mother compare the dress they sent me to the picture. She agreed that it looked NOTHING like the picture. I immediately sent an email requesting the return shipping address. They responded back asking me to send pictures of the dress I received. EXCUSE ME?? No, I am not sending pictures of the dress they sent me less than a week ago. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. Thank God I purchased through Paypal. I have opened a dispute through Paypal and hopefully will have my money refunded to me soon.

I ordered two dresses.. horrible quality when they showed up. The website says satisfaction gaurentee but it's an absolute lie.

Placed the order in November, got my product in December. The shipping takes too long. Disappointed about it. But the product is nice.

I didn't even receive my item! They stole $30 from me! I'm so mad. Don't trust the Chinese.

To be honest, i was not sure about the company at the beginning until i got what i expect. I really do love the stuff i got from wsdear. I received at the 5 days after i complete the order. The dress is needed for a special occasion so i choose expedited shipping. In one word, "excellent."

I really like the style of the Audrey Hepburn inspired dresses i bought from wsdear. I bought 6 hepburn style dresses. At the first time, i only got 5 dresses. So i contacted them and knew that my order was shipped in two packages. Two of the dresses do not fit properly. I looked again at the fit of the dresses. Finally, i decided to keep them as they are close to the right size. They are very nice. I wrote these words here to inform you that before you buy the goods, please be careful at the sizes.

The dress looked nothing like the picture and was made with super cheap material. The extra large size I ordered barely fit my size 3 daughter. Such a disappointment.

DO NOT BUY. I supplied custom measurements, one piece was a completely different size than its coordinating piece. Allowed extra inches and the item still showed up too small to wear with threads out everywhere. Poorly made. Arrived over a month later than promised. Uses a Minnesota area code but they are from China. It is very clear they are writing their own reviews. They use the same generic email templates when you contact them over and over and even when everything is explained in full detail, they still say they don't understand what you're saying. Trust me, do not buy. Everything either arrived broken or the wrong size entirely. They will not refund you and shipping back to them is not worth it.
