Great coffee, hot and tasty!!

Just a little review on Mark Price, he comes on to our site and is always so friendly and pleasant when he is being booked into where I work. It’s honestly a pleasure to see his face on any given day and I have never seen him without a smile. He’s efficient and chatty and I would recommend the company purely on the basis of him! Thank you Mark!

The drinks out of the machine are very good especially the tomato soup. The Guy we deal with is Mark Price. Ever so helpful & keeps everything tip top.

This is a fantastic service provided by Mark Price! For the 2468 group. He is punctual courteous and always more than willing to help. If we wanted a change of product he would look at this with us, if ever there was a problem with the machine he would be here to fix it.

Service is great, very rare to have drinks machines out of action. Always clean and well stocked that they carry on working through the weekend. Taste and quality of product is good.

Extortionate prices / small sizes of chocolate

No pricing. No numbering either to order. Empty rows. Looks like no one pays a visit regularly and if they do, they don't bother to number the rows or show the pricing so you either can't order or you have to guess the price is the same for all products.

Better to just wait until the tea lady arrives with a trolley for tea and biscuits or you can ask hospital staff who are happy to offer to patients and their carers.

Avoid for your business. This company would discredit it unless they reserve that particular pleasure for public services institutions.

Reported me for defamation. Trustpilot rightly rejected their case.

I have to agree with other reviews left. The customer service is non existent. They have recently taken over the accounts of our vending machine from Quenchme(who were very good) and trying to get up to date sales figures is near on impossible. I would say getting blood from a stone would be easier!

We have had terrible service from 2468 since their aquisition of Apple Vending Yorkshire. Apple Vending were excellent and since the take over 2468group have been completely unresponsive, not attending, leaving us with a tea and coffee machine that has no cups and half the items needing replenishing in the vending machine. Saying that they are coming 'today' or 'tomorrow' and then not turning up even after initiating a complaint with their customer services. So far not at all impressed and will be looking for service elsewhere at the earliest opportunity. Must be very sad and frustrating for the staff at Apple Vending Yorkshire.

Customer service is terrible trying to get a refund from a vending machine and they just keep fobbing me off with the same old story - wait for it to clear in your bank. It's been 2 weeks !
