Hey, everyone,
Who are still thinking to buy a dress from 27dress.com. DON'T DO IT! And you know why? Apparently the quality is not charged in return policy, that means that, if you will receive a dress with a rough material, they will say,'Well, try to dry it, it will be softer.' It HAS to be soft already!!! At least, tailor the layer underneath with the material which would be same colour and SMOOTH!!!
However, even though they write about return policy, it is REALY difficult to get your money back or at least exchange the dress to another. Plus, they are dealing with your problem and answering questions only once each day. That is because they try to reduce your time of shipping it back ( you have7 working days)after you receive the dress.
They are more interested in size minors than in quality of a dress and they will fully pay you back only in one case: if you will prove that they did a mistake while tailoring your dress.
So, if you receive a dress with a rough material, it is your FAULT! :)))

Have just received this item in the mail and its beautiful and well made. It fits my daughter perfectly and is exactly as shown on website. Your service was excellent and the item arrived on the date you said it would.
Looking at the making of the dress it is very well made - no cotton left hanging - stitching is very good and all seams is very good. My daughter will wear it to her party next weekend. Will send picture to you, thank you for all your workmanship

I ordered a dress/gown. It was very cheap compared to other dress stores. It came in the time it was supposed to come. It was just the way wanted it. It's beautiful and really detailed. It fits perfectly and in super soft and comfortable. I will definitely be ordering from 27dress.com again and i definitely recommend it.

I purchased this dress knowing that I am getting an imitation of what was in the photo. With that said I recieved a very good version at a big discounted price. I definitely will use again

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from this site and after 4 weeks I received the totally wrong dress. I emailed them and it was a week of back and forth emails with them asking for various photos of the dress I did receive, the paperwork and the packaging. They eventually said they sent the wrong dress. Well that was obvious, my 16 year old daughter does not fit into a 6 year old flower girl dress! They said they had then shipped me a new dress, the one that I actually ordered. Now turns out that wasn't true. They sent me an email a few days later asking me to ship my incorrect dress to the Netherlands and the person who received my dress will ship mine to me. Although they expect me to do this without an address to send it to!!
