The product was a replacement Samsung remote control. The item was very expensive. (Five times the price of similar products, but presumably priced as a genuine replacement part.
The delivery arrived within the expected timescale.
The item arrived in good condition, and works perfectly. It appears to be a genuine part.
The delivery packaging was just about adequate - a thin padded envelope.
I was pleased with the delivery, as these are the basic standards that all suppliers should meet. Hence 4 stars.
There was no official Samsung packaging or documentation. There were no instructions. There was no delivery advice or invoice to relate the item to a specific order. The only paperwork was a blank paper sheet stapled to the polythene inner envelope.
Hence no fifth star.

Bought genuine part for similar price to copies and part came one day early. Easy to fit (you need to bend slightly to click into slots) but no screws or removal of anything
