The wrong item was sent. There has been zero response to my request for a replacement part.
There has been further zero response to my submitting a formal complaint although it was supposed to be dealt with within 2 days

The element took ages to come then on…
The element took ages to come then on delivery paper work see that it was dispatched from screwfix warehouse where I could have perchised it from a lot cheaper and got quicker delivery but I thought I was buying direct from beko not a third rate third party company making a fortune out off misrepresentation i advice other people to buy from screwfix and not get ripped off buy this comany

Returns Process Easy and Simple
The part arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately the part did not fix my problem so asked for a refund. Returns process was very easy and received my refund with two days of their receipt of the part. Excellent customer service.

speedy del, terrible packaging
I received the product I ordered in good time, but the packaging was wasteful and really badly done, so frankly it was a miracle that the ceramic, glass and bulb arrived in one piece !!

Service was extremely fast, very impressed! Ordered at 8pm on a Friday night, item received by lunch time the next day - no next day delivery charge! Item received was a perfect replacement I would definitely order again!

I ordered a part for a DeLonghi coffee…
I ordered a part for a DeLonghi coffee maker with a three week wait. I provided the part number, carefully researched with a telephone call to the firm. When the part arrived from 4ourhouse, it was the wrong one. Although acknowledging the error, they refused to send the correct part, directing me to order from scratch on the website, thus incurring extra postage costs. Very poor customer service.
