Service was extremely fast, very impressed! Ordered at 8pm on a Friday night, item received by lunch time the next day - no next day delivery charge! Item received was a perfect replacement I would definitely order again!

I ordered a part for a DeLonghi coffee…
I ordered a part for a DeLonghi coffee maker with a three week wait. I provided the part number, carefully researched with a telephone call to the firm. When the part arrived from 4ourhouse, it was the wrong one. Although acknowledging the error, they refused to send the correct part, directing me to order from scratch on the website, thus incurring extra postage costs. Very poor customer service.

Ordering is easy if you can identify part correctly.
Easy to order items I wanted for a Delonghi ESAM4200. I noticed that many other items have insufficient information to identify correct part. It would be useful to have an exploded diagram of the machine with parts being identified more easily (perhaps with a number to identify part).
Delivery cost reasonable, and delivery ahead of expected date, and well packed.

Wish they would resume shipping outside UK
Excellent service and delivery, but last time I used them they were better as they were able to ship outside the UK - this time I had to get a family member who happened to be travelling in my direction to bring the part.
