i have seen a few negative review on here about problems with the order and problems getting it sorted, but i wanted to put your minds at rest. my order arrived in reasonalble time and yes there was a couple of items that were missing, however i rang the number on the website and spoke to a lovely genleman who took all the information from me and said he would go and check it out, he rang me back within about 2 hours saying all the missing items were in stock and he would send them out and today, again in a reasonable timescale the missing items arrived. so i dont know why people are saying negatives. Thanks you for your help

Ordered a xl xmas jumper. Received a medium without being given the chance of a refund or informed of this. Now there is a bit of difference from a medium to extra large.Told to print out a label then got to post office as no paperwork sent with items.Very difficult when i work 8am-6pm.Not the first time wrong items have arrived but let them go. Will not use this site again.Terrible service

Everything is good

The aircooler came quickly and in good condition. I am very impressed with it. It sits on my desk and keeps my desk area nice and cool. 8.5/10 well worth a buy for small rooms or anyone working at a desk or bench.

NEVER AGAIN - AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
It's the first time I tried this company but NEVER AGAIN
Please, don't be fooled and trapped by their low prices because:
1/ Their sizes are wrong. I am a L size but I ordered for an XL size. Unbelievably, barely covered me.
2/ Their quality is extremely poor.
3/ The WORST return policy. I had to pay for the returning item. The item was returned in 3 days.
For 11 days they hadn't notified me - though promised so. When I strongly complained, ONLY after that they notified me and promised to refund me but...they PARTIALLY refunded me. I threatened them to take legal action and ONLY then they fully refunded me.
Totally unreliable - AVOID THEM

Quality of the clothing I ordered is very good and fits true to size. Came at a great price too. The only downside is that it took 15 days to be delivered, I've had stuff from overseas in less than that. That wouldn't put me off ordering again though, now that I have an idea what to expect

The item (heated body warmer) did not fit I ordered a large size and it did not fit must have been made for a large child not adult

I ordered a size 14 Jean trousers but got a size 16, i also ordered 2 size six jeans( blue and black ) for my daughter but got just the blue. This isn’t the first time this has happened with my order from 5poundstuff but this is the the last
