Bijoux in customer service was always helpful. Replying to me even out of hours. Ordering a ring online was quite nerve wracking but when I received it this immediately disappeared. It is stunning and a work of art.

I recently purchased an eternity ring from 77 Diamonds and, once again, they exceeded my expectations. The ring was due to be ready on 8th December, but I emailed Clare Caliwan (Customer Care Advisor) to ask if I could collect it earlier while in London on 4th December with my wife. Clare went above and beyond to make this happen—she expedited my order and arranged a convenient time for me to collect the ring from their London office.
The experience was truly memorable. Clare was personable, attentive, and worked hard to accommodate my short-notice request. This is the second time I’ve used 77 Diamonds, having purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from them 10 years ago. My wife now wears all three rings and couldn’t be happier.

What can I say. 77 diamonds gave me world class service. Wanted to change the order half way though and without hesitation and on a sunday evening at 8pm they responded. Bijoux how i was dealing with replied to all my emails with kindness and service at the heart of them. The ring itself is beautiful. Couldn't of wished for a beautiful ring. My partner will love it and can wait to pop the question with the ring in my hand.

Im sure if I need after sales care they will be as good.
