Beyond Beautiful. Platinum "Liquid Metal" ring is wonderful!
The ring I ordered is beautiful, the Platinum Liquid Metal. It shipped promptly and arrived as advertised. A full half troy oz weight and 99.9% purity; it's a wonderful piece.
My only disgust is with my own Country and it's duties and tariffs. Certainly this is not your fault but it would be nice if you provided some means to estimate these for various shipping destinations during the check out process so customers could plan for the additional expense without a last minute shock from DHL.

My latest purchase was defective and…
My latest purchase was defective and although I paid nearly the double, (product cost + import duties were similar amount), I was informed that I will incur additional charges for returning the item and will not receive the full credit.
The Support team experience has been equally unsatisfactory. When I first reported the issue, your support team immediately dismissed my concern stating the dis-colouration on the earrings were caused by reaction with my ear, only for it to later confirmed that the earrings were hallmarked in the wrong place. This defensive response, given without proper investigation or analysis was highly unprofessional.
The entire experience has left a very negative impression of 7879. I will not be endorsing or recommending your brand based on the way, my concerns have been handled.

Been following 7879 since they came into business and been considering making a purchase from them. i am pleased with the purchase and already started looking at next purchase. if you giving this as a gift, i would say you will have one less thing to worry i.e packaging. It is luxury packaging and looks nice and like the fact that the item can be sold back to them if not needed. Highly recommended.

I wanted to order jewelry that would hold it's actual value forever. I picked a few platinum pieces and was overjoyed when they got here. Every piece is impeccably crafted. The necklace was easily ordered. Delivery to US took several weeks. Necklace was beautiful and brilliant. Only thing that was not great was the heavy duty charges. I would recommend to friends.

Still without a certificate after a month
It's been over a month since I have received my order, and I am still without a certificate of authenticity despite having contacted support twice.
It's bad enough to send out a product without an important element (can you imagine the embarrassment of handing over an incomplete gift...?) but not being given any information of when said element will be available and sent out is very disappointing.

High quality, no excessive markup.
I bought a platinum necklace and bracelet from 7879 and couldn't be happier. From the packaging to jewelry itself - very well done. The only downside (and this is not their fault) was the import tariff to the US. That was a bummer but still way less cost than a traditional jeweler. I will be purchasing more from them.
