Of the 6 bracelets I have ordered (2 orders of 3 bracelets), I have 4 bracelets. One marked as delivered by dhl I did not receive. No idea where it is and no recourse. Their response is to check with neighbors. The last bracelet has been admittedly lost by dhl and is in the process of being replaced. I have spent way too much time dealing with shipments from 7879 and in the end will still be missing a bracelet. And mind you, the first order was placed June 12 and the second order July 4. It is now September 24.

As explained, we’ve checked with DHL and they confirmed the delivery, providing proof of delivery. DHL (and ourselves) also sent you notifications in advance so you could be ready for the delivery. Unfortunately, it appears that the parcel may have been taken from your porch after it was dropped off.
Regarding the other missing bracelet, DHL acknowledged the loss, and we’ve already arranged a replacement for you — this is currently in transit.

I love the necklace looks great feels good. Unfortunately the custom /duty to the United States was too expensive. Somewhere around $130this is the only reason why I won’t order again from the UK .

Reasonable
After deliberating for a while, I finally purchased a platinum chain and cross. The order process was pretty straightforward and was given regular updates on my order. The package arrived, it was a quick knock on the door, when I went to open it, the package was left on the doorstep, no signature, no photo and no physical handover of an item worth over £1000!
The packaging was excellent and came with lots of useful info and the item itself was good, although was expecting the platinum cross to be perhaps a little shinier but after reading the information provided, I believe that the slightly dull finish is normal.
Overall, I'm reasonably satisfied but the leaving of the package on the doorstep shouldn't have happened.

I was able to find one in the desired size and since it is 999 pure platinum it is has minimal allergic potential.
