Ordered a beautiful plum coloured hooded abaya and the quality is so good. Love it so much

I am genuinely appalled by the way Aab has handled my refund.

I returned my order and was explicitly promised that my refund would be processed, yet despite that promise, I am still waiting for money that is rightfully owed to me. What should have been a straightforward refund has turned into an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming ordeal.

The communication has been absolutely dreadful. Trying to get a clear and meaningful response has been unnecessarily difficult, and I have repeatedly been left chasing for updates rather than receiving proactive communication from the company. Once they had my money, the level of customer service seemed to disappear.

What is particularly disappointing is the contradiction between what I was promised and what has actually happened. If a company tells a customer that their refund will be returned, I expect them to honour that commitment. Instead, I have been left out of pocket and having to repeatedly pursue a resolution.

For a company operating in the fashion industry, customer service should be a fundamental part of the experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Poor communication, unacceptable handling of refunds and extremely disappointing customer service.

I have given Aab ample opportunity to resolve this directly, yet I am still waiting for the money I was promised.

I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering, particularly if you have to return something and expect your money to be returned promptly.

A company is judged not just by how it treats customers when everything goes smoothly, but by how it handles problems when things go wrong. Based on my experience, Aab has fallen seriously short.

Very disappointing.

Really disappointed with the service and quality.
My return was delivered back to the company and I didnt get my refund.

I emailed them to chase this up and have received no response.

Unfortunately, I'm also very disappointed with the quality of the items I kept. One of the buttons on a co-ord is already extremely loose despite only being worn twice, and a dress has threads coming loose after minimal wear.

For the prices charged, I expected a much higher standard of quality and customer service. The lack of communication, delayed refund and quality of the clothing have been very disappointing.

I love the quality of the abayas, there’s a huge number of design options & customer service is good. I did process a return recently and whilst I had to follow up on the response, the team were quick to take action and refunded me immediately.

Stay away from the brand. I thought let me support a Muslim brand. Buy an outfit with natural fabric. This active outfit arrives with random holes. As if been in the warehouse for years and possible used because the moth holes are in abundance. When i sent pics of the first few holes i found, did i get a response? Nope. They will do not respond because clearly a brand who does not care about customer satisfaction. As long as they make money. How sad to be excited to receive something only for it to be weak with random holes on both the top and bottoms. Now I know why it was on sale lol.

Very disappointing customer service and refund experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from this clothing company. The customer service was very poor, especially when it came to processing my refund.

I returned the clothing item brand new and in its original condition, yet it took a very long time for my refund to be processed. I had to wait far longer than expected, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I had to email them several times time to find out the status of the refund process,

For a clothing company, I expected much better communication and customer service. The whole refund process was unnecessarily difficult and left me very disappointed. I hope the company improves its customer service and refund process, as this experience has made me think twice about ordering from them again or may never order from them or recommend anyone. I have waited 17 days and still waiting not yet received my refund.. still waiting…

Love the design of this dress although It is a slim fit and the sleeves are a tad too long. I would have prefered is that it was lined.

I like the style and colour collection. Shipping time and condition is also great. Would have been a 5 star but the price point. I feel most items are over priced for what they are.

I am so disappointed with the company. I ordered some clothes for my wife and they shipped them to me through FedEx. The items were never delivered and I could not get them to take action to either make sure items are delivered or refund my money. They even stopped responding to my emails for inquiry.

I am a big woman. According to the sizes online XL should fit me, even I bought it 1 size bigger. I purchased 4 items. None of them fit. I was thinking to return, but I see all the reviews are that they are waiting more than 24 days. I will keep them and give to someone else as a gift.
Also one of the label with the logo of aab wasn't even sticked properly. This is believe will be the reason I won't receive any refund for this even I didn't do this.
The clothes are very nice on photos online and on the models, but for example one of the things was so tiny material that in my opinion could break .

I wanted to return the item because it didn’t fit. I tried to initiate the return through the website, but the system simply didn’t work.
I then paid for the return shipping myself and sent the package, but unfortunately it was returned to me. I contacted customer service several times and asked for an alternative way to return the item, but they kept suggesting the same solution, even though it clearly wasn’t working.

Yesterday, I had to send the package again and ended up paying another €30 just to make sure it would finally reach its destination. This was an extremely frustrating experience. I would not shop here again. If you run an online store, having a reliable and user-friendly return process should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, this was far from it.

Quick delivery high quality fabrics and attention to detail on the work is great. Fit and sizing is on point.

I have been purchasing from aab for quite some time now and used to love their products. Now I see they are overpriced for the materials of the garments. And unfortunately recently I had to return quite a few as they didnt fit, which wasnt the problem however I am still waiting for my refund over 4weeks later and nothing. The customer service is really bad ad they keep saying they are processing it but they are well over their return policy window which states refund is given in 14 days. The refund amount is just under 200 pounds too which is a large amount which I need back.

I can't find these styles anywhere else. It is so easy to purchase and return too. They dispatch and deliver very quickly. Aab Collection has something to suit all tastes.

Took them 24 days to process my refund!! Absolutely shocking! Extremely overpriced for something that is made in a sweat shop. Quality was awful hence why I returned and waited over 3 weeks for a refund!!!
